The first floor consists of a large living room, kitchen and a bathroom and the second floor consists of 3 furnished and comfortable bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, all for the exclusive use of guests. The House of the Swallows

La Casa delle Rondini is an accommodation located in the historic center of Fermo, close to the square, main museums and services. A few minutes' walk and you are in the most important area of the city, full of events. It is located near the bus stop, 7 km from the sea and the station, a short distance from the A14 both to the south (8 km) and to the north (15 km). A few meters away there is a parking lot with a time disc, and just a little further away there is a 24-hour free maxi-parking lot.
