Holiday rentals with a patio in Fermo

Everything was great, the location, the apartment, the area and Renate also🙂 gave us great tips from leisure activities to restaurant recommendations. The communication was super uncomplicated and excellent. If we go back to the area, we will definitely come back to Renate. Thank you for everything.

Really very nice place, it was a little like staying at home thanks to the decor, cleanliness and availability and kindness of the host and the other people involved. Very available in times of need or doubt, either by phone or in person. Overall with my group of friends we had a great time and it exceeded our expectations.

We had a great time in the nice apartment, with a beautiful view and only 2 minutes to the beach. Starting your day with breakfast on the porch and looking out over the ocean is perfect. The apartment is big but a bit small kitchen if you want to cook some food yourself. Could be a little more kitchen equipment for the cooking itself. The end of April was nice for those of us who enjoy hiking and biking, with a nice temperature and also the possibility of beach and bathroom for a few days. Very nice to bike or walk along the beach or boardwalk. many good fish restaurants and an experience to sit together Italian families who can really enjoy a long meal. Lovely surroundings in the surrounding hills and the city has a lot to offer. Matteo was welcoming to questions, among other things, got new pillows when those who were there were very hard (sofa cushions). We would like to book this apartment again.

I spent a few days in this house and I can only leave a super positive review. The apartment was exactly as described (indeed, perhaps even better!), clean, cozy and equipped with all comforts. The location is excellent, close to both the beach and the center The host was very kind, always available for any questions. We really felt at home. We rented the house for our colleagues who work nearby. The house is large, spacious, well laid out, clean. The house is suitable for a longer stay as it has everything you need. Friendly owners. I highly recommend it.

We had an exceptional 2-week stay at Lucia and Carlo’s beautiful two-level apartment. My son, a professional golfer, had a tournament at Canero Golf Course, and this place was the perfect retreat. The location is ideal, close to lovely beaches and fantastic seafood restaurants. We experienced a transition from warm beach weather to crisp fall air, and the apartment was cozy and comfortable throughout. Lucia was incredibly attentive to my remote work needs, providing lightning-fast WiFi and a comfortable office setup. The apartment matches the listing perfectly: elegantly decorated, a well-equipped kitchen (ideal for cooking healthy meals), and plenty of thoughtful touches that made it feel like home. Though we didn’t use the outdoor BBQ, we enjoyed the terrace with its stunning views—a peaceful spot to unwind. Lucia’s responsiveness and care for details truly enhanced our stay. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a quiet, comfortable, and well-appointed accommodation!

We had a perfect beach vacation thanks to this accommodation. Location - Quiet area, a few steps from the beach, house with North/East windows perfect for the summer (inside it was quite cool even without using the air conditioning) Accommodation - clean and welcoming, equipped with everything you need for a beach holiday. Large terrace and almost always in the shade (only in the morning it is under the sun, which however does not bother you to have breakfast) Elisa was a professional and super kind host! To be recommended!

We had a great stay at Robert and Joanna's guest house. We were warmly welcomed and immediately felt at home. They even provided some treats from their own garden. The accommodation is exactly as advertised and the view is possibly even better. We enjoyed the serenity and the beautiful scenery. Perfect to discover Monti Sibillini and go for a hike. You will also find several cosy villages nearby, like Penna San Giovanni and Sarnano. We would definitely come again!

A nice family stay, very nice apartment with two terraces that provide shade at any time of the day, fully equipped kitchen, coffee, condiments and even a welcome gift in the cupboards. The same care for the well-being of the traveler in the bathroom equipped with soap, shampoo, towels, all impeccably new and sparkling clean. The new barbecue, available in the backyard, invites you to dine in the shade of olive trees while on the front terrace you can sit to have coffee while watching for a train passing through the nearby station. And why not? You can take a bath in the starlight, the common beach is a few steps away, you feel free and joyful as in childhood.

I stayed in this house in Fano with my family and we had a great time. The apartment is nice, comfortable and located in the center, with a beautiful terrace overlooking the roofs of the historic center — really evocative! Giacomo and Alberto were always available and kind, they also provided us with bicycles to move around comfortably and allowed us to leave the house calmly on the morning of departure. A very pleasant stay, we recommend it!

We had a wonderful stay in this fantastically beautiful apartment! The accommodation is not only tastefully furnished, but also in an absolutely quiet location with a wonderful view of the hilly landscape – perfect for relaxing. The pool was a real highlight and felt almost like a private pool – ideal for cooling off and enjoying. The lovingly landscaped garden also contributed to the relaxed atmosphere. A big thank you to Adriana, who welcomed us very kindly and was always helpful. The area is perfect for cycling and slowing down – we enjoyed every minute and will definitely come back!

The accommodation met our expectations, it is true to the description, cared for in its details and Patrizia is really very attentive, available and present to meet the needs of the guests and solve small problems that may occur (such as a drilled wheel). The apartment is well equipped and therefore already perfect, even for the summer stay. In addition, bicycles are available, very useful, in a week we never moved the car: the center of sbt and the promenade can be reached in a few minutes by bike. We really liked everything, the suprlus is definitely done by Patrizia, present, kind but not intrusive. So many many compliments! It's rare to find such an attentive host and such a well-maintained and well-equipped apartment! If we have the chance we will definitely come back! Thank you

Beautiful home, beautiful people. Lots of space for a family of four to relax. The kitchen was well equipped with everything you would need including x3 different methods for making coffee! Fluffy white towels - beautifully clean and cool. Well located between the beach and the old town. Also the most comfortable beds. Senigallia is a very cool place. We’ll be back.

We had a great time. 🙏❤️ For other tourists: keep in mind it’s better to have a car, otherwise it’s quite difficult to get around. All the time indications are considered by moving by car: Beaches; 14-20 min. Really great: Marcelli (for kids) Numana, Urbani, Mezzavalle, Osimo: very nice medieval village: 10 min. Recommended: Caffe del corso. Very particular tasty desserts 😉 Ancona: 15-20 min. Supermarket: 5 min. You definitely should visit Sirolo. Consider that we had vacation beginning of June. Even though not crowded at all in this period, parking is not always easy when you go to the beach.

A cozy place we like to come back to. The terrace in particular has been an absolute highlight for us and both the beach and shops and restaurants are in the immediate vicinity. We were super satisfied and the communication was uncomplicated and fast. We will definitely be back :)
