A légkondicionált ház jó elhelyezkedésű, közvetlen szomszédok nincsenek, a meglévők kellő távolságra vannak. Nyaralónk nem közvetlen vízparti, de az út túloldalán már a szabályozott Duna-ág húzódik. A helyi idegenforgalmi adó külön fizetendő, melynek mértéke 300 HUF/fő/éj.

Bei mir wird Nachhaltigkeit ganz groß geschrieben, denn mein Strom kommt von der Sonne und durch meine Bio-Trenntoilette wird viel Wasser eingespart. Wenn es kühler wird, sorgt mein Holz-Pellets-Ofen für eine besondere Atmosphäre. Meine riesige Terrasse lädt zum Entspannen ein und auch im Garten gibt's Einiges zu entdecken.
