We had a wonderful stay with family and friends, including young children, in Brian's lovely villa. The property has fantastic views and is enormous. Brian was very helpful throughout our stay. He arranged a delicious meal for us one evening. We were particularly grateful that they came up with a special vegan menu for two of our friends, who really appreciated the effort and the food! I would definitely go back.

We booked this for a girls holiday and we had the best week. We didn’t hire a car, we walked to a few of neighbouring towns and got a taxi to Lucca, and a train to Florence one day. Neighbouring towns have small supermarkets and the walks to them were enjoyable, the scenery is truly incredible. Lucca is beautiful and has incredible markets, it’s a must see if you stay here. The villa itself is exactly as shown in the pictures, the pool area is gorgeous, we sat around the table every night for dinner, and when it’s dark there’s clusters of fireflies sparkling in the roses, it was magical. Stefania was great, very responsive and there if we needed her. We’d definitely recommend and book this villa again in the future!

A really great host. Very friendly and helpful. We were warmly invited to a glass of red wine and cheese right at the reception. Afterwards, we helped with the luggage, as the accommodation is on a hill. The accommodation promises real peace in nature. Everything was as described and we didn't lack anything. A few small things could also be purchased in the shop there.. Cheese, wine, pasta, coffee, etc. Loved it

We had the best time in this little paradise! You definitely need a car to get around, as the village is up in the mountain and a little further from shops/bars/restaurants. But we knew that beforehand and the casa served as a wonderful base to explore the gorgeous surrounding area. There is everything you could need in the house and when it got a little cold, we could turn on the heater with no problems (with a little help via messages :D). Speaking of communication, this was another very good part about our experience here - to every question we had, we got a very quick and generous reply with lots of info and tips for the area. Thank you again Alfredo and Ettore for that! We will take part of the quiet and relaxation we experienced here back home and remember the great holiday we spent here :)

A magical place in Tuscany – absolutely recommended! Our stay in this beautiful historic house was simply unforgettable. The property combines Tuscan charm with a high level of comfort – every detail seems chosen with love and care. You can truly feel the history of the house, without missing any modern amenities. And yes – the wonderful photos were exactly like reality! Lisa was a fantastic host – warm, helpful, and always available. The house and the pool were spotlessly clean and very well maintained. The location is peaceful and perfect for day trips to Florence, Lucca, and beyond – exactly what we were looking for. We felt completely at home here and will definitely come back. Thank you, Lisa and Michele, for this very special experience!
