For all our Cross Country Enthusiastics the Loipe is located just in front of the Garden, no Car is needed neither long Walks. Our House is in a Dead End Street that means no traffic, just the Residens. Suitable for a couple up to 2 kids

Ideal for 2 people with 1 bedroom and for 4 people there is also a pull-out couch in the kitchen-living room

From the kitchen with dining area, the sun will greet you at breakfast and the joy of a wonderful vacation day will begin. From the bedroom, with its box spring bed, you have a direct view of the Karstein. You can see the Spielberg from the bathroom with shower, sink and toilet. All around the mountains of Fieberbrunn.

Aksu vacation home

Our house is in the center of Hochfilzen. A great base for hiking, biking or mountain biking tours in summer. In winter, the ski resort of Fieberbrunn/Saalbach/Hinterglemm for alpine skiing is only 5 minutes away by car. Cross-country skiing trails are 5 minutes. Bus stop, train station is in close proximity. Tourist tax Euro 2.80 per person per night to be paid extra at the arrival cash.

Hello dear travelers, We live here in the middle of the forest. The lake is a few meters from the front door and in the heart of Bavaria! We live simply but beautifully and enjoy the feeling of living in a very special place every day. However, a car/bicycle is an advantage here, as we are not connected to the public transport network. The nearest bus stop is 2 km away.
