Walk down the wooded valley right from the back door of this restored historic miner's cottage. Period features like flagstone floors and beamed, vaulted ceilings meet contemporary conveniences such as underfloor heating and a free-standing tub. A lovely spacious cottage with rustic Pembrokeshire character situated right next to the coast. Two double bedrooms, open plan living area, large kitchen and spacious veranda. The cottage is located close to Nolton Haven, Newgale, Little haven and druidston beach. All of which have pubs and restaurants to suit your needs. The cottage accommodates 4 people. There is a good sized master bedroom with amazing views and a kingsized bed. There is a second bedroom with a comfy double bed with an ensuite bathroom. Both bedrooms have adequate storage and hanging space for clothes. The main bathroom has a stand alone bath, which is great for relaxing. The cottage has an office room which could accommodate an extra guest on a sofa bed. The kitchen is fitted with a cooker, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, coffee machine and all necessary utensils. The open plan living room has a comfy sofa, a "42" flat screen TV, record player, books to browse through and a range of board games. The cottage has under floor heating, access to wifi, internet connection and use of a washing machine and dryer. Overlooking the flowery meadow is the south facing veranda which is perfect for watching the dramatic coastal sunsets. The cottage is situated by national trust woodland, so it is not uncommon to see birds of prey, foxes and the residential barn owl. Situated in the heart of the Pembrokeshire National Park and surrounded by National Trust land, Carren Bach cottage is part of the Southwood Estate. Spot all kinds of wildlife, surf, and discover numerous nearby villages, pubs, and restaurants. The cottage sleeps four but there is a sofa bed for an extra guest.

It offers a pleasant and contemporary quirky space, a place to relax in after a busy day exploring the area. The cottage is well equipped and offers private parking for one family car/ medium van e.g VWT6, we can also accomodate 1 small camping type trailer, max length 2.2 mts including the draw bar. There is a small garden/seated area adjacent to the front of the propery which has a fire pit and BBQ.

With the living area being upstairs you have a magical tree top sea view from every window.

The Stable is a recently converted barn at Ty Isaf farm in the Pembrokeshire Coast National Park with great views of the sea and fields. Abermawr cottage is a recently renovated stone and cedar single story cottage nestling on the edge of a stunning National Trust woodland, only a 15 minute walk from the beautiful beaches of Abermawr and Aberbach. This is a walkers paradise set in an incredibly peaceful location with a great range of wildlife on the doorstep! The house has amazing character with the main kitchen/ living area having exposed beams and a very high ceiling, inglenook fireplace with a woodburning stove.
