Newport town is just a 15 minute walk down the lane and is renowned as the pearl of the Pembrokeshire coastline. Our lovely cottage is deceptively spacious and just 500 metres from the centre of Fishguard, a great base to explore Pembrokeshire's stunning coast. Sleeps up to 10 guests, and one dog allowed. We hope you will love it as much as we do. The house is attached to a small field that slopes steeply down to a river at the bottom. We've recently finished building a sauna next to the river and installed a wood-burning hot tub, making this a perfect place to wind down when the day's adventuring is done.

A stable door opens into the kitchen/dining area which has slate floors and a large kitchen island. The sitting room is cosy and inviting with a swinging chair and a log burner. Upstairs there is a glass fronted gallery landing with two double bedrooms each with en suite. The front garden has lovely views of the farm with a seating area and parking.

A much larger than average open plan living area. This home is over 42ft long x 14ft wide. Beach access is 2 minutes walk. Sorry there is NO WIFI

The property is situated on the Pembrokeshire coastal path,and is a short walk away from shops and restaurants. The host lives at the property, and the middle floor has 3 rooms, the living ,room bedroom and kitchen and the shower room and toilet are on the floor above (all rooms are private for guests ) Cereal along with milk , bread and coffee ,tea is all provided.
