Appartement idéalement placé avec un accès direct à la plage et à 10 minutes à pied du paquebot Le Lydia en marchant le long de l'allée des Arts. En famille ou entre amis, vous serez conquis par la tranquillité de ce meublé décoré avec goût et totalement équipé pour 4 ou 5 personnes. Il est situé au 4 -ème et dernier étage de la résidence "Le Palm Beach" avec un ascenseur. La terrasse offre une belle vue sur la mer. Le logement est équipé d'une connexion wifi et d'une place de parking privée.

Profitez du calme de notre charmant T2, entièrement rénové dans un petit ensemble de 2 appartements. Vous disposez en rez-de-chaussée d'un accès individuel ainsi que d'un jardin sans vis à vis exposé plein sud. Situé en face de la promenade piétonne du quartier Torcatis, plus besoin d'utiliser la voiture grâce à l'accès direct au centre ville via la passerelle piétonne. Les places autour du logement sont gratuites, sinon un petit parking à 2€ la journée se trouve juste devant l'appartement.
