Das Gästeschlafzimmer (1,60 m Bett) liegt im ruhigen Souterrain zum Garten mit kl. Terrasse. Hier befindet sich auch ein Duschbad. Im oberen Bereich liegen Wohnzimmer mit TV, Küche und Esszimmer (ebenfalls mit TV) mit oberer Terrasse zum Garten mit altem Baumbestand. Das Gäste-WC kann mitbenutzt werden. Bäcker, Bus- und Bahnstation (8 min. zum Hbf.) sind 300 m entfernt.

Welcome to "Lille Anker" ⚓️ – a modern, quietly located holiday home in Bremen! The house is lovingly furnished in maritime design, so you can feel the maritime flair of Bremen as soon as you enter. Thanks to the good public transport connection (2 minutes walk), all major sights, restaurants and shopping are within easy reach. (15 min. to the center / 20 min. to the station). Free parking is available right outside the front door such as sand by the sea. 🌊

Bright apartment on the 2nd floor/attic in a central location. The apartment is located about 10 minutes' walk from the main train station in a small side street. The city center and the Bremen "Viertel" (Ostertor/Steintor) are also easy to reach. The nearest tram stops are about 5 minutes' walk away. A cat lives downstairs in the house. There is internet with Wi-Fi access! However, no super fast fiber optic cable ! Not selectable here in the center!

Tram and bus connections are close by. There is also a free, guarded parking garage. In just 10 minutes, Lake Werder can be reached on foot, and in just 15 minutes, you can reach Lake Krimpelsee.

Our apartment is centrally located. In just 5-10 min. you are in the neighborhood by tram and in about 15 minutes in the city center. The tram stop is at 3-4 minutes walking distance. The apartment is in a quite side street, with free parking. In the immediate vicinity there is a small shopping center (Hansa Carre) and the Weserwehr/Weser.
