The patio house is the result of a dream. Located next to the pool in the courtyard of the main house, it consists of two rooms. In the beautiful entrance there is a huge dressing room. From there, you will access an open space in which you will not find anything missing. 2 terraces for your exclusive use The pool, barbecue, solarium, and patio are shared with my granddaughter and me. In summer, my family may also coincide, always respecting the privacy of guests.

Despite many years have gone through, the Villa still maintains its charming environment being completely surrounded by nature, a very special and peaceful refugee!. The house has a private garden of 350 square meters whith a barbacue, a 50 square meter porch whith is bench, table and chairs. There are also loungers in the garden.
