Monthly Rentals in Flattop Mountain

We had an incredible stay during our trip to Alaska. Visiting Alaska for the first time and staying this kind of peaceful, clean and beautiful place doubled our excitement. First of all, place is very close to the Airport and many scenic places. Second, it was so clean and everything in the place was prepared with love. As our flight was at midnight, the hosts were so kind as they left lights turned on for us. Third, you can meet black bears in the yard right outside the door, we saw one of baby bears and it was so amazing. Next, Hosts were so responsive, every place they recommended to visit was very nice, to include the restaurants South and Turkey Red, now became our favorites)). In conclusion, everything was incredible and we had a wonderful experience, next time we will definitely stay there again.

Beautiful place to stay! Very peaceful and quiet but still convenient access to both town and hiking. Spacious apartment with a nice kitchen and amenities. Kim is a very thoughtful and responsive host, she gave great hiking recommendations! Highly recommend for your trip to Anchorage!

The property is squeaky clean! Great for a single person or couple. Kitchen has almost everything you will need. We did cook a few dinners and everything was available. There was no pizza pan but we made it work. The washer/dryer was in the bedroom (kind of odd) and vented its heat into the room (don’t wash or dry clothes close to bedtime). A little noisy in the neighborhood but things quieted down in the evenings. Great place to stay! Highly recommend.

The property had a sweeping view of the city and surrounding mountains. Julie’s place was perfect for basing hikes and activities out of Anchorage.
