House holiday rentals in Fletcher

This was our fifth year staying at Elevacres. We have so enjoyed each visit. Kevin was, again, a great host. Thank you for everything. We will miss your home as our AVL rental, but can’t argue with you wanting that daily view back. Cheers!

Our family felt right at home at Michael's A-frame. My husband commented that it felt as though we had stayed there before, and it really had. It has every amenity and creature comfort you could want or need, including a nicely stocked spice cabinet, plenty of linens, board games and puzzles, and a place to do laundry. Michael was friendly and helpful. Our family had an awesome time, and we hope to be back to enjoy the property in the summer months!

Amanda was an amazing host! She was super helpful with sending recommendations before our trip, and was on top of responses while we were there. She was more than happy to accommodate our needs.

It was lovely, the communications with the manager were perfect and we enjoyed our stay there very much. Linens could use a little refreshing, however.

Our family is huge so it’s really hard to find a house large enough to host all of us. Daniel’s house was GORGEOUS and so spacious, the photos did not do this place justice. The upstairs was beautiful with large windows that let natural light in. We did encounter a mama bear and her baby, but Daniel warned us every day during our stay to keep trash in and be aware of the bears. We were secured inside the house and got to watch through the windows. It was an amazing experience for the kids. The golf cart was a game changer. We didn’t have to move our vehicles a lot. The amenities were perfect for us and the kids. Two pools, mini golf, and pickleball was all we needed to stay busy the entire weekend. Lake Lure was closed, but that was told to us weeks before the trip. We will definitely come back when Lake Lure opens. 10/10 vacation!!!!!!

Very cozy and comfortable home. Black Mountain is a charming small town with great shops and restaurants. Highly recommended. Did not really interact with Evolve beyond the welcome email. I did communicate with the owner a few times who was great. Very friendly and helpful.

It was cloudy and rainy most of our stay but it didn't matter. The house is so big and very comfortable. The indoor pool was wonderful. (They are very strict about kids not being allowed in the hot tub though.) We were able to use all of the outdoor amenities, too. The house is charming! The kitchen was well stocked. The kids loved the room with the bunk beds and being able to play with the balls on the pool table. We would not hesitate to stay here again.

Cozy home with everything we needed for a relaxing 2 week stay for medical treatments. Jade worked with us prepping the home beforehand removing fragrances. We brought a cooler of food and the kitchen was quipped with everything we needed! The photos were accurate - it was soo cozy and relaxing; hubby and I especially enjoyed listening to several vintage record albums-what a nice nostalgic treat! While there wasn’t a closet available, we used the over-the-door hangar to hang what we needed and put the rest in drawers which were plentiful. Having a washer/dryer available kept us going for the 2 weeks without having to pack a lot of clothes. The little office nook was perfect for remote work. The home was tucked away in a quiet neighborhood but close enough to main roads to go anywhere we needed, from our appointments to shopping to dining, although our favorite ice cream/lunch spot Baabal’s, was just a short drive away – quite a charming find! We definitely enjoyed our experience!!

Jason and Erin put the "Super" in Superhost! This was the best Airbnb that we have seen! It was clean, comfortable, and spacious. All the necessities were there - plus some extras. We loved the decor. We highly recommend the Mountain View Cabin.

Great place to stay for a quick weekend in Asheville!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house is cozy and comfortable, and we spent most of our time while there in the sunroom. Interesting and attractive decor. Very easy to settle in and feel at home.

Loved staying in Sara’s house. Super cute, recently updated home with a fenced yard, clean kitchen, and great bedrooms / bathrooms. Easy 15 minute drive into Asheville. Couldn’t recommend Sara more as a host as she was also incredibly proactive and responsive if we had any questions. Thanks again!

If I could give Garden Cottage and Deborah ten stars, I would. It’s a perfect location and a quaint, lovely home. We were very comfortable and appreciated the cleanliness of the home. It was sincerely like a home away from home. Deborah responded to texts very quickly and was super considerate. I’ll look at Gatden Cottage before anything else when I return to the area. Thank you so much!!!

My husband, myself, our 4.5 year old and our 1 year old were able to sleep comfortably and enjoy our time at Alex’s. There were lots of fun things to do with our kids and great places to eat within 10-15 minutes of the home. The pull out sofa was perfect for our toddler to lay on and watch TV while my husband and I got some hang out time on the private side porch. We could see out toddler and he could see us which made it really easy for my husband and I to get some down time together. The home was incredibly clean, and all the furntiure and appliances were high quality! I highly suggest this home for a fun, comfy, get away!

Stayed a week at this beautiful place . Everything was perfect and peaceful. We will definitely go back and enjoy the surroundings. Also perfect for our dog loved. Did not want to go home :)

This house was able to handle 7 adults and 4 children and could easily have slept more. Pool was beautiful. Game room and movie areas allowed numerous zones for people to enjoy different experiences. I especially liked the fact that all 11 of us could sit around the table and enjoy a meal together. Eric’s response time was impressive. This was a great home for a family reunion.

Waterfall Manor was everything our family imagined it would be. We arrived to a beautifully decorated home. The kitchen was fully equipped. The bedrooms were very clean and so very spacious. The beds were like a cloud. And the bathrooms in the master suite on the main level and the suite on the second floor were breathtaking. My son could not get enough of fishing at the pond on site. We had the best time at the home. We didn’t want to leave to do our planned excursions. It’s close by to the waterfalls, Biltmore estates and axe throwing. We even took an early morning drive to the Pretty Place Chapel which was only an hour away. I so enjoyed our stay and would definitely return to this wonderfully kept home.

2nd time staying and it was just as wonderful!!! Such an experience 🤩 the ambiance is perfect and I will definitely be back!! 10/10 recommend

The apartment was actually larger than expected and had a very comfortable layout. Everything was very clean and well maintained plus there were a lot of extra touches and amenities that made our stay very convenient.

John and Kate were fabulous hosts! The house was perfect with two separate and private bedroom/living room areas, we and the kids were able to enjoy our own spaces. Upon arrival everything was pristine and organized! We appreciated having a washer/dryer on site as well. Great proximity to Asheville/Hendersonville and all of the best breweries within minutes - if that’s your thing! Highly recommended.

This was a place perfect for our family. The piano and sun room were my teen’s favorite .

Charlsey’s place was absolutely beautiful and cozy! I wished I lived there! She was so sweet and accommodating, I will be back when I visit hendersonville again!
