Als Loft mit edelsten Materialien (Valser Granit, Schlossparkett, viel Altholz, freistehende Wanne, Eisenkamin auf zwei Seiten geöffnet, Designarmaturen) ausgebaut. Mit geschütztem Gartensitzplatz und Garten. Sonnige, ruhige Lage. Eigener Hauseingang, Sauna im Nebengebäude. Ski in, ski out oder Skibus in drei Minuten erreichbar.

centrally located 3.5 room apartment in apartment house. fully-equipped open kitchen, fireplace, 2 balconies, sauna. Underground parking, elevator. Ideal starting point for hiking and skiing. Ski bus (free), shopping (Volg, Denner), post office, bank, bakery and butcher in close proximity. There is also the tourist office and a fine pizzeria right in this village center. A pedestrian underpass will take you from the apartment to all these places within 2 minutes.

Very tastefully and lovingly furnished. Cozy atmosphere for a nice get-together and best recreation. Unique indoor pool (20m) + 2 small saunas in the house. Large ski room, underground parking and direct bus to the ski station in front of the door. 3 single beds in the bedroom and lovely, folding 2x1 double bed in the living room. Wake up with a view of the mountains! TV / highspeed WLAN. Bathroom with bath/shower and large mirror cabinet.

Nice cozy 2 room apartment in a quiet but central location. In a few minutes you are at the cable cars Flims. The turquoise blue Lake Cauma invites you to take a walk. The small but nice apartment is well equipped, so that you do not miss anything. Starting December 1, 2018, a storage facility for skis and snowboards will be available for our guests directly at the Flims cable cars.
