Our house is located in a residential area, 10 min drive to the Pont de Pierre in Bordeaux, and 5 min to exit 24 of the Rocade. Ideal for a long stay or a comfortable stopover, 30 minutes from the vineyards of Saint-Emilion and Médoc. Ocean beaches are a 1-hour drive away. The house has a south-facing garden, shaded and not overlooked, accessible from the living room on the ground floor, the 3 bedrooms and the bathroom are upstairs.
