Well maintained Duplex home with a large private driveway and patio in the back. No sharing whatsoever! New paint throughout, clean laminate flooring in the living room and kitchen. Large eat in kitchen fully equipped with all large appliances and all small wares. Perfect first floor unit with only 5 steps to enter the building and no steps inside. New queen size beds/Mattresses in both bedrooms. Private off-street parking is provided in a safe quiet neighborhood. All it is missing is you!

The house was built by Ed Unterreiner, the same builder that rebuilt the Rabbit Hash General Store after the devastating fire of 2016.
