Moreover, the house is located offside the road in a quiet vicinity. Nevertheless, it is just an easy walk to downtown, to the beach or to a children’s playground within a few minutes. Several restaurants with Greek, Chinese and German cuisine are close by, as are the public (sea water) indoor swimming pool and shops for everyday commodities.

THESE ARE NOT INCLUSIVE AND OUT OF STOCK. You pay your tourist tax directly to the host and receive a spa and beach use card as a receipt. Every guest is subject to tourist tax. The tourist tax will be paid by the host directly to the municipality of Sylt.

Bright, cozy apartment in the heart of Wyk

Our apartment is located in the center of Wyk. It's just 200 meters to the beach. Cafes and restaurants are also very close. The apartment has a combined living/dining area, a bedroom, a bathroom with tub. shower, a balcony, as well as a parking space in front of the house. The bikes can be parked behind the house. The rental price does not include a linen package (bed linens and towels). This can be booked later for €20 per person.

Nordstrandnixe on land - 150 meters to the sea

In a dream location - 150 meters from the most beautiful Nordstrand beach Fuhlehörn - is the enchanting Nordstrand Mermaid House with two apartments. This small 40 sqm apartment on the ground floor is ideally suited for two people. On request, three people can stay here. The third person can sleep in the alcove under the stairs. The bedroom can be closed by a door. Above this sea-like apartment is the Nordstrandnixe über Land.

The children can romp outside in the garden or go to the weather-protected Strohburg in bad weather. A variety of animals bring the farm life close to the children and there is certainly no boredom with the play equipment.

Hi! We offer our cuddly Reethaus halves. The cottage has 37 square meters below, upstairs 28 sqm, so a total of about 65 square meters. Upstairs of course sloping. It is located in Boldixum on Föhr. This is a district of Wyk. Since it is still privately used by us, it does not have one thing: the efficient, smooth charm of a holiday home. Where the wild roses grow, we live there.
