La Dimora si trova all'interno di un giardino di un antico Casaletto in pietra ('700), immersa nella campagna umbra con ulivi e piante da frutta a soli 2,5 Km dal centro di Spoleto ('5 di auto). In caso non si disponga di mezzo proprio sono disponibile ad un servizio navetta.

In the living room there is a kitchenette ideal for preparing breakfast. The sleeping area has 2 single beds. Ideal for those arriving in town for business or pleasure.

The large and bright room with a private entrance is in the heart of the historic center of Perugia. I renovated it with care and refinement in 2018, to best accommodate those visiting the city. In the room, you will also find a nice table to enjoy our breakfasts, or maybe a plate of pasta: the retractable mini-kitchen is at your disposal. Two beds, independent heating and air conditioning.

2 minutes from Santa Chiara in the historic center is the 80 sqm apartment completely renovated. Pets allowed. Reserved and free parking in the house's square.
