Holiday rentals with breakfast in Foligno

I spent New Year's Eve in the apartment with my group of friends. The house turned out to be a fantastic choice, clean and accurate in every detail. In addition, the kindness of the owners and their availability were the two elements that deservedly add the praise to our stay. Don't forget the rich breakfast that Raffaella prepared for us when we woke up! Thanks so much for everything!

This was an amazing place to stay! The house is very close to everything in Assisi. The rooms were spacious and private and very comfortable. Fabio and his mom were very friendly and covered the check-in in detail with lots of suggestions in the area and making sure we were taken care of well.

This was the cutest apartment with a stunning & large outdoor patio. Patrizja left us coffee, milk, tea, sugar & pastries so that we were able to sit outside & enjoy our coffee on her stunning patio when we woke up. My only complaint was the smell of potpourri was overwhelming. Such a cute town & great apartment- we highly recommend.

Daiana’s place is clean and spacious and in a lovely location. The beds and sofa were very comfortable and Daiana was very responsive and helpful. And flexible with check out. The house could do with a few more basic items which Daiana provided when requested. We were attending an event at the nearby castle so it was as an ideal location. The pool however was still closed for the winter so worth checking in advance.

We stayed the weekend of June 1. The small but well-designed house, Fortunato explained everything to us in a comprehensive way, easy to reach and convenient for getting back on the highway. A stone's throw from Assisi. If I have to go back there, I'll definitely go back.

Roberta's lovely annex met our expectations and made our stay more than comfortable. Roberta welcomed us two hours earlier than expected and, as if we were family, she had a delicious apple cake and a bottle of sparkling wine for my partner's birthday, which I had told her about at the time of booking. As if that weren't enough, the fridge was full of yogurt of all kinds, milk and fruit juice. In the kitchen, there were multiple varieties of tea, coffee both in powder and in pods, biscuits and croissants, rusks, and various types of jams. Roberta was nice, kind, helpful, affable and her B&B fully reflects her. Very comfortable bed, fragrant towels, shampoo, bubble bath, hair dryer of decent power. In short, the perfect place to stay to comfortably visit Spoleto and its surroundings, but above all to enjoy healthy relaxation in an estate surrounded by nature.

We had a wonderful night and everyone in our group loved this beautiful place!! The house, the environment, the host, and the view are all fabulous! Really appreciated the breakfast prepared for us - those are some of the best croissants that we had in Italy :) My daughter forgot her terry bear after we checked out, so I contacted Antonio, who came over at a timely fashion and opened the door for us, which we really appreciated! I would highly recommend this place to anyone, especially if you would like to spend a few days in the area, as that's what we plan to do next time - one night is not enough!

My friend and I made a last minute decision to stay over in Orvieto and we are grateful that Lidia and her team had this second floor unit available! It is close to everything and a stone's throw from Duomo.

Monica was a communicative host and made parking and check-in easy. The apartment was very clean, and it was apparent there was a lot of care put into the design. It was beautiful and located in a great location overlooking Piazza San Donato. Staying in the Civita overnight allowed us to enjoy the serenity and beauty of the area without any tour groups. Highly recommend this place!

The apartment is right at the main entrance to Assisi. It is quiet, clean, and just the right size for my wife and teenage daughter. The kitchen was clean and had some croissants to eat. Coffee and Moka to make it available. One large bottle of water in the fridge was a relief to have on arrival. While there is no air conditioning, the big stone house stayed cool enough despite 90 degree weather. The fans helped keep it cool enough to sleep. The beds were comfortable enough for us. The bathroom was clean with a rather large shower by Italian standards. Barbara’s dinner recommendations were excellent…we ate at one of them two nights in a row! The apartment is walking distance to every in the centro storico. Overall a clean, private and convenient place to stay whilst in Assisi!

Maria is an amazing host! Her friendly welcoming nature made us feel at ease from the very start. Her attention to detail was amazing and her apartment was beautifully decorated. We had a few hiccups with transport and eSIMs which didn’t work, but Maria sorted everything out for us. We will be staying there again and next time we will stay for much more than just 3 days! Thank you Maria!!

Wonderful apartment to stay at, location is perfect as it is close to the historic center but removed enough that it’s quiet. Easy to get to, we came via train and getting from the station with the minimetro to the apartment was quick and easy. The apartment itself is stunning, very roomy and the views are incredible. Everything looked just like the description. Mauro was very kind and attentive and helped with bags up the stairs. The snack bar and bottle of prosecco was a nice touch that was greatly appreciated and enjoyed. Would absolutely stay again and recommend this accommodation to anyone looking to stay in Perugia.

We had a lovely stay at Jasmina’s bed-and-breakfast. The street was quiet. It was easy to find. Exceptionally clean. Very interesting building. Breakfast was included and was good.

Chiara was so helpful during our entire visit. She picked us up from the train station and was always ready to answer any questions. The view from her place is spectacular and she prepared a delicious breakfast for us. The home is authentic Italian and is walkable to everything in Orvieto. We would love to visit Orvieto again and stay with Chiara.

The place is a little paradise and I recommend it to those who love nature. It is a place that makes you feel at home, total peace, the lady is a very good, very specific, kind person and the words are not enough to describe you, Mrs. Maja and see you soon

I had a 5-star experience all around with this Airbnb. If you book a different place, you will be missing out on one of the best experiences possible in Perugia. Location: perfect - quiet street in the old town center. Host: so kind, accommodating, open to conversation, helpful, and actively involved in making your stay memorable. I will come back to this B&B.

The stay was pleasant, the breakfast was plentiful with farm products. Very quiet location in the middle of the countryside. We stayed 5 nights and served as a base to visit the Umbrian valley. Great solution for our family consisting of 3 adults, we had a room with 2 communicating rooms and 2 bathrooms.

It faces the main street, and it is easy to go to Funicolare and the cathedral.And the host was friendly and perfect in everything.There are stairs, but they carried it for me.The bathroom is also spacious and independent, and can be used only by you.I want to stay here again next time.

„Pace e bene!“ A most extraordinary BnB experience - no crowds, only Peace and Good Things! Hopes and wishes to make it an unforgettable vacation were fulfilled: simple, non-pretentious beauty of the inside and breathtaking outside surroundings in the serene vicinity of San Damiano, the charm of Umbrian country furniture, the design of highest form and function in bedroom and bathroom, the comfort of the bedding (I didn‘t have to use my own down feather travel pillow), at breakfast ample choices of fresh fruit/juices and cereals, delicious Italian cold cuts, my preference was an excellent poached egg cooked to perfection for me, and the scrumptious home-baked cakes! I wasn’t just a guest, I became part of this wonderful family-run business. Hugs were in place at the end with my plan to come back in 2027 for the month of June! My very special gratitude for sharing laughter with Melissa, Sara and the queen, for truly nurturing my body (how many steps to town twice/day) and soul.
