The two-storey guesthouse is a modern extension (built 2019) to the main house (built 1852). The ground floor has two bedrooms and a bright bathroom/WC. Upstairs, the open-plan kitchen, dining, and living area features high ceilings and opens to a decked garden with hot tub/jacuzzi and BBQ — perfect for relaxing. A 3rd sleeping room is a small loft with 2 single beds, is accessed by a ladder (not suitable for young children) This is a peaceful retreat, not suited to parties or loud gatherings

Lyminge is five miles from the seaside in Hythe. It has a Chemist, Doctors' surgery, a village store, Chinese restaurant, Indian take-way, a Tea Room - which does very nice breakfasts . There are 2 good pubs nearby - the Gatekeeper in Etchinghill and the Tiger in Stowting. Dogs are welcome - one medium size or two small ones.

'Highfields lodge' is part of the beautiful grounds of 'Highfields' which includes 'Highfields house'. The log cabin type building is perfectly situated on the Romney marsh alongside the famous "Romney, Hythe and Dymchurch railway'. The space is quiet, quaint and quirky and is built by myself. The Lodge is a perfect peaceful retreat full of idilic countryside, wild untouched landscape views with nature surrounding the area. Ideal for a romantic getaway or small family holiday.

This memorable place is anything but ordinary. It is The Oaks Retreat, WINNER of the Paris Design awards 2024 'best hospitality interior', an architecturally inspired bespoke woodland Airbnb located in the seaside town of Whitstable. The Acorn Lodge is a bespoke 1 king size bedroom retreat fully customized with high-end finishes. It must be seen in person to be fully appreciated. It is surrounded by the lovely Kent countryside where you can ramble and refresh yourselves by perhaps ending the day in one of the great pubs cosy by a log fire in Winter or in Summer in an English garden. Guests have said how hard it is to tear themselves away, it truly is a treasure to find.

Take a stroll along Hythe's beautiful beach, or a short wander to the High Street and soak up the cafe culture. Relax in the lounge and take in the sea views or prepare a delicious meal in the modern and fully equipped kitchen. The much-loved farmhouse table comfortably sits 6. Fast wifi and virgin TV, a large collection of DVD titles.

The Turret- the best view in Folkestone

The Turret is a completely unique, unusual, quirky, self-contained Grade II listed apartment, at the top of The Priory, in the oldest part of Folkestone accessed by a private period internal spiral staircase leading up into a lead lighted atrium which overlooks the historic church of St.Mary and St.Eanswythe; beautifully furnished open plan living/dining area with stunning 180 degree views over Folkestone and the English Channel.
