Apartment holiday rentals in Folly Beach

Erikatina’s place was a great little space to stay for our time to explore Charleston. She was always very quick to respond to any questions. If we’re ever back in Charleston we’ll try to rent her place again.

Our stay with Danelle and Robby was great! Robby unlocked the key box for us since it was raining when we arrived, allowing us to quickly get all of our stuff inside. The rooms were clean, well appointed and spacious. The farm is quiet, peaceful and not too far out of town. Danelle and Robby were friendly throughout our stay, answering our (and our kids) countless questions and even taking us on a tour to see the Alpacas up close and get an opportunity to pet them and learn more about them. Our kids loved this stay and it was truly a unique and unforgettable experience. They looked forward to seeing the Alpacas each morning as we left and each evening as we returned. We would highly recommend it to anyone!

Enjoyed our stay at this spacious property. Close to restaurants and beach/pier. Clear communication from owner. Had dinner from the brewery downstairs and highly recommend for those interested in a carryout meal- delicious food and could not be any more convenient. Would not hesitate staying here again.

This was our second time staying here! It's so clean and they have put a lot of intention and thought into their space! 2 minute walk to the beach and close to all the restaurants! Perfect location! Thanks for a great vacation!!!

Great spot! Walking distance to everything. Market and liquor store next door is a plus. Chico Feo's was fun and cheap tacos! Short walk to the beach.

This place was absolutely amazing! There were absolutely no negatives at all. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay and unwind. Our only regret was we were there only for a few days. We definitely will be back.

Airbnb Mary Ann is an excellent host. She was very thoughtful from the beginning giving us a lot of additional information about places to go and helpful suggestions. Her place is very clean and cozy in quite and friendly neighborhood. We felt like we are visiting our friends. She had many little useful details in the bathroom, kitchen, and even outside. We had everything we need to enjoy our stay. Each of the things we wanted to do in the Charleston area was only about 15 minutes away. We would definitely stay there again and recommend it to others. Joe and Tracey’s place is perfectly situated between Charleston and Folly Beach. We were able to soak up the city charm that Charleston has to offer and then head to the coast and soak up island vibes at Folly Beach. It’s a rare treat to have such easy access to two separate paradises. Now let’s talk about the place that makes it all possible. This sweet couple made our stay feel like home. Everything was extremely clean, perfectly decorated and the smell was…ahhhhh. They had all of the provisions that we needed. The most appreciated were the beach supplies. They had a cooler, chairs, beach towels, a rinse-off area, and all of the little touches that completes a day at the beach.🏖️ They were also proactive and helpful with restaurant recommendations and great beach spots. Did I mention they have a sweet dog that makes you a little less homesick if you have to leave pets at home?🐾 Just book it…that is all.❤️

Perfect in every way! The cottage met our families needs perfectly. Comfy beds, stocked kitchen & beautifully decorated home. Lucinda was quick to respond to any questions we had. She was a great host. The home was the perfect location with a close walk to the beach. Lots of great restaurants close by. We loved the home & would recommend it to anyone looking for a quiet location and a beautiful beach cottage. We will def be back.

The unit was exactly as the pictures. Well appointed. Very comfortable bed, nice shower and a deck with a million dollar view. Would definitely stay again in this unit.

This place is in an amazing location. Its is a perfect size 2 bedroom for 2 couples or a family who's kids dont mind sleeping together. YOU CAN WALK EVERYWHERE. Cons the water pressure was bad in the shower as stated in the previous reviews. My wife had trouble getting her shaving cream of her legs after shaving. They also need to get paver or something so when you wash your feet off as they ask you do before you go into the house after the beach but you have to walk through sand grass yard to get back into the house after washing your feet. Wish they had a grill had to cook burgers and hot dogs and steak in a frying pan. I would definitely stay again.

We came here for a quick anniversary trip, and this was the perfect spot for us! Right away, we could tell how clean it was by the way it looked and smelled! The upstairs bathroom and bedroom are gorgeous- such a vibe. We loved the location being so close to king street and many restaurants and coffee shops. Would 100% stay here again!

We absolutely loved our stay in this great Charleston single house. The inside was beautifully decorated. Well equipped kitchen and modern bathroom. Comfortable beds and plenty of closet and dresser space. Great location with off-street parking. Easily walkable to great restaurants, museums and tours.

We took a quick trip to Charleston and needed a pet friendly location for our golden retriever. This stay exceeded our expectations - great space, beautiful kitchen, fenced in yard space, and a peaceful neighborhood with park space right in front of the house. We were even able to walk with our dog to multiple bars and restaurants, including finding two new Charleston favorites - Prophet Coffee and Odd Duck Market! Would highly recommend staying here!

We were very impressed with this apartment and plan to stay again on our next trip! Everything was easy to access, spacious, sparkly clean, and convenient to all historic Charleston has to offer. That said, this property has quite a few bars and clubs around it and the windows are not soundproof, so do expect the sounds of nightlife well into the wee hours of the night :)

I will definitely return to Kerim’s place if I’m in the area. I didn’t want to leave. I felt like I was home. He was an awesome host!

What a beautiful location! Some of the most stunning sunsets I've ever seen! Great grocery store conveniently located close by! Close to restaurants and shopping!

Alex is an amazing host. The place was very clean and inviting and was just the perfect spot to chill and unwind from a busy day. They paid attention to all the small details and were really clear on not only the listing's description, but the overall communication as well. Would certainly stay here again.

My wife, 2 year old son and I stayed here for a week while we were on holiday in Charleston. The space was very large and had tons of room for us to relax and my son to play. It had a great balcony that overlooked the pool area. The pool was very nice and even had a massive kids pool that was shaded. It was also in a great location as the airport was about 15 minutes, downtown about 35 (shorter without traffic) and Sullivan’s Island beach access in about 45 minutes (shorter without traffic). My only comment on the space was it can be a little loud at times since you’re right above the pool and the event room. But all of the guests did follow the rules and everything was quiet by 10PM. If you’re looking for a great location, with a pool and great area outside the city, this is the place! Will recommend to anyone traveling here especially with kids!
