Beautiful home! Easy to find and Alessandro was extremely communicative through the entire process. Would highly recommend for a family looking to explore Cinque Terre, nearby beaches or Lucca. Thank you!

Casa meravigliosa in posizione spettacolare. Cucina completa, funzionale, con tutti gli elettrodomestici possibili e soprattutto PULITA a fondo. Camere al piano sopra con vista su Viareggio da sogno, bagni grandi, arredo curato, tanti asciugamani a disposizione, tutto pulitissimo. Si vede che è stata una casa abitata e pensata bene e non sistemata/costruita solo per affitto. Uno dei pochi posti dove tornerei volentieri.

An absolutely amazing villa with genuinely beautiful hosts! From the magnificent views outside to the luxurious toiletries and bed linen. Space a plenty, inside and out, and room to spare. Books galore. A delicious welcome pack of bread, cheese, salami, olive oil and wine. We had the added bonus of the giro d’italia being in town! Leonardo provided the beer, the chips, seating, company and we enjoyed the atmosphere, the cyclists and their accompanying entourages!!! Quiet area, short walk to Barga, small medieval town, with buckets of character. Plenty of gorgeous restaurants to choose from, though you’ll get everything you need in local supermarket for a great dinner in the villa. Well supplied kitchen and though we didn’t get the chance, plenty of opportunity to cook al fresco. Pool is great, clean and very welcome in full sun. My wife and I stayed at Enrico’s villino for four nights in May and really enjoyed it. We travelled without a car so walked from the train station - it takes about 30 minutes but is easy to find. Enrico met us and showed us round. The house is small but had everything we could have needed. The garden is great with lots of areas to sit in to relax. The jacuzzi was great to use each night. Enrico is a great host who checked in regularly with us to ask if we needed anything. We were very comfortable at the villino and would recommend it to anyone visiting Lucca.

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt in der Villa. Sie liegt etwas abseits von Lucca, dafür aber sehr ruhig. Die Ausstattung ist mit viel Liebe zum Detail gestaltet und die gesamte Unterkunft sehr sauber. Wir waren mit allem rund um zufrieden. Lediglich die Einfahrt gestaltet sich als Abenteuer und kann eher nur mit Kleinwagen erfolgen.

Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Zeit dort! Lorenzo war immer hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend, wir wurden abgeholt an einem Treffpunkt und ins Haus begleitet und dann wurde alles gezeigt und erklärt, sogar Wein und kaffe standen für uns bereit. Wir hatten immer warmes Wasser, alle Geräte haben funktioniert, es war traumhaft. Der Weg nach oben ist sehr steil, aber auch hier hat Lorenzo innerhalb von kürzester Zeit reagiert. Kommen liebend gern wieder !

We had a fabulous stay at the Villa. Laura was so responsive and handled all our needs. She pre booked all our events and was there to greet us when we arrived. We loved the views and kids enjoyed the pool. The wine tasting on property is a must and we thoroughly enjoyed the dinner they prepared for us at the villa. I highly recommend this beautiful spot. Sitting in the patio overlooking the Tuscan countryside was one of the highlights of our vacation. Thanks to Alessandro and his team. We hope to visit again someday!

We had a lovely stay at this beautiful house. Perfect sea view, great location for visiting Pisa, Bolgheri or Firenze. Totally recommend!

Our stay at Mariella's beautiful home was a highlight of our five week trip throughout Italy. Peacefully situated between Florence and Siena, this villa offers a welcoming respite from the hustle and bustle of the cities. It was also super convenient to the vineyards throughout Chianti. Waking up every morning to the sunrise views over the valley and enjoying a glass of wine in the evening were the perfect beginning and ending to each day. The pool was even larger than we imagined and provided days of entertainment sprinkled in during a week of sightseeing and wine tasting. I cannot recommend this home, location, or host enough. You will NOT be disappointed!

Incredible property with a breath taking view over Florence. Hard to put into words how perfect the property is but the best part of the whole experience was the hospitality Marco, Stefania Grinza Carota and Filippo! The best hosts imaginable made us feel so at home, welcome and a part of the family. Now we want to move to Florence

A beautiful villa with exceptional views to the hills and valley. Various oudoor areas. Private location however close to sights and amenities. Cafes and restaurants not far however not walking distance, best accessed by own car. Electric bikes were available for sightseeing. Fantastic host, always responsive and helpful. Can warmly recommend.

We had a fantastic relaxing stay at this place. The house was large and had everything you need to make yourself comfortable. We had an unforgettable stay at this villa for our bachelorette getaway! The host was incredibly responsive and made everything smooth from start to finish. The views were absolutely breathtaking — even better than in the pictures! The villa had everything we needed to set the perfect atmosphere: fully stocked kitchen with plates and glasses, plenty of towels, and thoughtful details throughout. We loved picking fresh lemons from the garden and finding peaceful spots around the property to read and relax. It’s incredibly private and serene — the perfect escape. While the drive-up can be a bit tricky at first, it quickly becomes second nature and is well worth it.This place exceeded all of our expectations. Highly, highly recommend — we'd come back in a heartbeat!

A beautiful place, beautiful surroundings, great hosts, great pool, just everything was perfect. Didn’t want to leave. Felt like home and couldn’t wait to get back there on the days we ventured out.

This was the most magical place so spend a week in Chianti! The villa is exceptionally beautiful, and has everything you could need for a comfortable stay. The grounds were spectacular, with many things to do and different areas to sit and enjoy. My toddler especially loved picking strawberries from the small garden and collecting eggs from the chickens for breakfast. The hosts were lovely and helpful with any questions we had, and took great care of us. The town of Gaiole in Chianti is very close and with great restaurants and things to do. A perfect spot I can’t recommend highly enough!

Die Unterkunft von Peter hat unsere Erwartungen übertroffen ! Vor allem der Außenbereich mit toller Aussicht zwischen den Apfelbäumen und Traubensträuchern war der Wahnsinn. Zudem war dieser komplett eingezäunt-also ideal für Hundebesitzer. Wir kommen gerne wieder!!

We had a wonderful family stay at Luisella and Andrea's. They were very friendly and helpful, letting us check in early after a very early flight. The house is very spacious and well equipped, with plenty of utensils etc. The pool area was beautiful, and the garden huge. The location was fabulous, an easy drive to Lucca, Pisa and many more. Overall we had a fantastic time, but it is important to be mindful of extra charges when booking. There were charges for linens, towels, travel cot and electricity use. While we were prewarned about these, they do add onto the original cost.

Wir hatten eine schöne Woche. Der Pool war leider um diese Zeit viel zu kalt. Im Hochsommer gibt er bestimmt eine gute Abkühlung. Der Garten ist ein Paradies für Hunde. Wir waren 11 Erwachsene. Hierfür waren die 5 Zimmer zu wenig. Die Küchen Ausstattung war ausreichend für 12 Personen. Wir konnten ausgiebig kochen und grillen. Kaffeemaschine reichte leider nicht für alle aus. Da half dann nur die herkömmliche Methode. Der separate Weinschrank wurde von uns ausgiebig genutzt. Alles im allen ein guter Platz für Max. 10 Erwachsene und zwei kleine Kinder zu einer warmen Jahreszeit.

We hebben een fantastisch verblijf gehad! Prachtig huis met heerlijk zwembad, heel hartelijk contact en een warm welkom. Een dikke aanrader!

Io e la mia ragazza ci siamo trovati veramente molto bene. Il proprietario è stato veramente cordiale e simpatico e ci ha fatto sentire come se fossimo stati a casa nostra. Lo consiglio molto.

Vi hadde et fantastisk opphold i villaen. Et moderne hus i rolige omgivelser med vakker utsikt. Brigitta var svært hjelpsom og svarte raskt på våre henvendelser både før og under oppholdet.

Sabrina and Teresa greeted us at the gate of the villa when we arrived. Showed us around and were very responsive to us with any request during our stay. We had a relaxing and wonderful time. Many laughs, great meals, wine and a wonderful Villa with everything we needed and spectacular views. Thank you Sabrina and Theresa!!
