Pet-friendly holiday rentals in Fontana Lake

Loved this location and it was perfect for my weekend get away! I used the second address provided (the Sevierville one) and that worked with Google maps. Steep drive but that is listed - had no problems with my AWD CR-V! Hot tub with a view was lovely and the bed was comfy! Great stay - recommend!

Very private location. Peaceful getaway. Not so far from town that running to the grocery is a chore, nor too far from great hikes. Our medium sized dog enjoyed the fenced in yard and we all sunbathed on the deck. Will stay again!

Absolutely perfect. We stayed for the week with our five kids (6,4,3, & 1 year old twins) and had an amazing family vacation. The space worked perfectly for our needs as a large family with small kids and the beach area was especially perfect for toddler playtime. The waterfall across the way was stunning and we loved boating around, fishing, swimming, fires by the lake, and rainy evenings in the hot tub. Such an amazing place for families!

We enjoyed a relaxing 3 night stay in Bobby and Dina’s beautiful, river house and they were the perfect hosts! They were very responsive to questions and even offered area suggestions including a wonderful local butcher, for our BBQ night on the deck, listening to the peaceful sounds of the river. This home had everything we needed to prepare meals, very clean and tastefully decorated. We highly recommend this home for your trip to the Murphy area and would love to return when we have more time to fish & kayak!

My husband and I had a wonderful week’s stay at the cabin. Communication with the host was so easy and they were very quick to respond and even offer suggestions of places to go. The cabin was very clean. We brought our stand alone hammocks and enjoyed listening to the soothing sound of the creek after long days of hiking and exploring.

Beautiful setting and easy quick drive to downtown. The private little house is perfectly nestled in with little noise from anything other than nature. The house is spacious and plenty of room for 2 to 4 people. Nice front porch for sitting and enjoying the quiet and nature sounds.

Our host Diane was wonderful to work with, very responsive and friendly. The home was beautiful and in such a peaceful setting. Very close to town and not far from the blue ridge parkway, tubing, rafting, shopping, good food, hiking. Really just perfect. My favorite part was the deck overlooking the creek and listening to the birds, exquisite.

We have stayed at Mark's place 3 different times. It is our favorite getaway. I love the kitchen, record player, fireplace, view and hot tub. The cherry on top is that it is pet friendly. Hope to come back again.

We had a wonderful stay! The cabin was exactly as described—clean, cozy, and a true home away from home. Beds were super comfy, and the kitchen was well-stocked. We loved the grill on the porch—just bring food and oil if frying. Extra pillows, blankets, and built-in lamp chargers were a thoughtful touch. My husband enjoyed the recliners, large smart TV, and fast Wi-Fi. Bathrooms had huge bottles of great-smelling shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. Washer/dryer worked well with a starter pack included. We relaxed with the pool table, hot tub, and comfy porch seating. Our dogs loved the wraparound porch. The quiet, peaceful neighborhood and daily bear sightings (mama and cubs!) made it extra special. Gorgeous views of mountains and nature all around. Cozy and private yet close to Pigeon Forge. Roads are narrow and winding but manageable. We didn’t use the pool/dog park, but they looked nice. Lincoln was a great host and very responsive. Highly recommend and would absolutely stay again!

This was our second stay at Gilbert’s cabin. We enjoyed it the second time just as much as the first! Both times the cabin has been spotless and well kept. Kitchen was stocked with every thing we needed, we really appreciated the kid size utensils and dishes. The high chair and pack n play also make our travels easier with our one year old son! Our two daughters would stay in the pool area all day if they could, it is such an added bonus! We also love that we can bring our four legged family member, there is a nice dog park just 10 minutes away. Gilbert is top notch when it comes to Airbnb hosts. Thank you for welcoming us in your cabin, can’t wait for the next stay!

Wonderful stay ! We didn’t not want to leave, it rained when we were there but it made the experience even better. There is a lot to do at the cabin with the arcade games, pool table and hot tub. The surroundings are beautiful with the sound of a creek near by. I would definitely recommend this cabin.

Our stay was wonderful! The house is beautiful and peaceful. Jeremy and Stephanie were welcoming, responsive, and so friendly! We were trying to figure out when we could come back as soon as we pulled out of the gate! Wonderful!

A gorgeous location where you can truly relax. We absolutely loved the pristine view of the Smokys with an indoor and outdoor jacuzzi/hot tub. Had everything we needed and more, including close access to Gatlinburg and the National park. It even offers access to four clubhouses depending on the day, with a key they provide. Would absolutely come back again.

We loved Cale's cabin! It's in a gated cabin community but surrounded with trees, so still felt private. It's not as quiet as a backcountry cabin would be - we could hear some road noise, especially weekend motorcyclists - but we didn't find it particularly distracting. Because of the topology, I doubt it's possible to completely escape the sounds of civilization here. I don't usually use hot tubs at rentals but this one was so squeaky-clean that I couldn't resist. We loved the hammock chair & porch swing! The porch is deep enough to enjoy even when it was raining. The location is 10 minutes from the Cades Cove entrance to Great Smoky Mountain Nat'l Park and 5 minutes from Townsend, a small town but big enough for restaurants and coffee shops, a grocery store, ice cream stand, brew pub, and places to go tubing, horseback riding, etc. This area is oriented to outdoor enthusiasts, not entertainment & shopping. The driveway was as steep as noted but gave our Prius no problems.

Very beautiful view of the mountains. Even got a chance to see bears in the evenings 😍 Such a peaceful/ homie feel to the cabin. The host is very helpful and friendly. Quick responses & clean. Highly recommended!

The place was a privately gated cabin community and very quiet. Stephen owned more than cabin so there was a slight mix up of the Airbnb system mix up with the address but Stephen was very responsive and resolved the issue quickly. The view from the wraparound porch of the mountains was everything. Very peaceful and just the reset I needed. The two bedrooms were clean and linens were clean as well. He gave clear instructions and rules prior to arrival and day of arrival.

This was one of the best air bnb’s that we’ve ever stayed at. It was well decorated, clean and very comfortable. We loved the hot tub and the peaceful setting! The hosts were very helpful and responsive. Make sure to follow their driving instructions to avoid going up the very steep S shaped curve right by the cabin.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful mountain cabin! The house was even better than the pictures — spotlessly clean, thoughtfully arranged, and very cozy. The view from the property is absolutely breathtaking — better than most scenic overlooks in the national park. The main bedroom was especially comfortable, and we loved spending time on the porch just soaking in the mountain views. The place was also stocked with tons of fun board games and a great pool table, which made our evenings extra enjoyable. We were truly impressed and would love to come back again. But the absolute highlight of this place is the view — it’s simply unforgettable.

This was our family's second stay at Blue Heron Haven and we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. The house is well-stocked, clean, comfortable, and the location is perfect. It's a great location for swimming on the lake. Becky answered all of our questions and is always helpful and responsive.

This Airbnb was very clean and very private. Everything looked just like how it was described, which I really liked that. But the thing I didn’t like much was how sharp the turn was to get to the house, it’s very hard to do a turn with a truck.

Absolutely beautiful! Just a warning that this cabin will raise your expectations for every other stay afterwards. Michael thought of everything that you might need during your stay and then exceeds those expectations. The whole home is just perfectly beautiful and perfectly decorated. The kitchen is amazingly well stocked beyond just the essentials, including spices, cooking utensils, teas, coffees, pots/pans, etc. The beds are delightfully comfortable. And the view... the view from the living room and the front porch is just beautiful. You will not be disappointed if you book this cabin. Just do it! I hope to revisit in the future.

This is the kind of place AirBnb was made for. Such a homey space with unique style and personal touches. We enjoyed disconnecting and relaxing inside and out during our stay. The place was well kepted and well equipped for a laid-back long weekend. It was clearing kept clean and tidy but it did have a strong musty smell when we arrived. It mostly aired out after a day with the windows open, but I have to warn others as I know it can be a big issue for some. However, my husband, pups, and I wouldn't pass up the chance to stay again when we want to visit Lake Fontana.

Our stay with Celeste and Philip was lovely. You can tell the hosts put a lot of effort into making a comfortable stay for their guests. The house is beautifully decorated with lots of cozy touches. The only downside is that there isn’t a great view of the lake but you are still surrounded by nature and getting to the water only takes a few minutes. Overall a really nice place for anyone looking to get off the grid but still have all the amenities of your own home.
