Logement atypique accessible par un escalier en colimaçon avec jardin, cuisine extérieure et aire de jeux pour enfants. Idéal pour les balades ou se reposer en famille. Résidence des années 1930. C'est un appartement ancien (ce qui fait son charme): le parquet grince par endroits et l'on entend parfois la voisine jouer du piano... Adeptes des logements modernes, il vaut mieux réserver un autre appartement ! La cuisine, entièrement refaite, est bien équipée.
