I felt right at home here for my extended stay. I had absolutely everything I needed and more. The back yard was perfect for my pups and Robin was so easy to reach. Highly recommended!

Great little historic property with modern amenities.

It was such a pleasant stay. The place is quiet and peaceful. There’s a little lake around the neighborhood that is nice to walk around and enjoy the nature. The host is super nice and is very responsive on any possible problems. Everything was clean and tidy. All necessary supplies and amenities are provided with extras. Definitely recommend for anyone that want to travel for short term or for long term stay. It is absolutely worth it. Would come again myself if I ever want to enjoy all the awesomeness!

Great spot for us for USC graduation. We were able to walk around, go to restaurants and easily get to graduation. I highly recommend this spot if you are visiting one of your students at school.

We put on a lot of miles every day taking in the area while staying at your lake home. When we returned everyday OMGosh! So relaxing and comfortable. We didn't want to leave. We will miss our 3 new buddies too. And well decorated. Perfect y'all. Jeff & Nancy

Place was great, good location near some restaurants, bars and an awesome brewery. Hosts were responsive and communicative, had no issues. Would use again if we were coming back to this area.

Our family stayed 2 nights here. It was very welcoming and comfortable. The condo was well stocked and everything was easy to find. It was close for what we wanted to do and see in Columbia. Downtown was close by and easily accessible. The only thing I did not care for was the smell of cannabis in and around the condo. This did not have to do with the condo itself, but just that it could penetrate inside or maybe through the walls or vents. We would, however, stay here again and recommend it to others. Thank you for sharing your accommodations with my family.

Came to town late in the evening with no where pre-booked to stay. Found their listing with great reviews and so I dropped them a line to see if they had any availability. They quickly got back to me and everything worked out. Their listing is exactly as described and very convenient to local restaurants and shops, exactly what I was looking for. Wendy’s Place is going to hold a special place in my heart. I fell in love with many of her homes but this one was perfect for my first solo trip. The studio layout, the patio, parking right in front & walking distance to USC campus. I was able to check in after dark due to my travel time no issues. I enjoyed every single night even added an extra one. The neighborhood was quiet and calm. I will be booking again.

This condo was clean, modern, and beautifully designed, everything felt cozy and upscale. The location was unbeatable, just steps from campus with convenient parking. The host was incredibly thoughtful and responsive, making the stay smooth and welcoming. Highly recommended for anyone visiting the area! I will definitely book again with Jeff.

Great Condo near William Brice Stadium. Easy to get to and secure parking. Had everything I needed for my stay for my son's commencement.

Excellent stay and hosts were very accommodating to our needs. We were in town for USC graduation and it was such a great place to escape for a few hours of rest in between events. Beautiful surroundings, my husband and kids used the kayaks and really enjoyed the time in the lake.

Jeff and Elizabeth are great hosts! They made us feel incredibly welcome from the moment we walked through the door. They made fresh bread and had it waiting for us, along with an invite to a community event. Elizabeth and Jeff are lovely people and made us feel right at home. My teenage son told me to definitely book with them again next time I’m in town.
