Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Forest Acres

Patricia made us feel very welcome! The home was very private and quiet. Great location for families and pets. We felt very safe.

What we loved most about Lakisha's was the back yard space! Private with comfortable seating options and surrounded by trees and visited by lots of song birds! We spent lots of time there. The house was very clean. The color scheme throughout was chic and relaxing. She has just about every kitchen gadget (blender etc) you would want! The bedroom had the feel of a spa and the bed was so comfortable with nice linens. It was very helpful to have the large closet with and iron and ironing board1 Both bathrooms were lovely - it is really nice to have that extra half bath! I was working on a photo book project and there was a perfect table downstairs to spread out for that and plenty of other places to set up our computers etc. We loved that Lakisha provided games. There were lots of lights, outlets, ceiling fans and remotes to operate all those things. The Wifi never failed us! Lakisha was very responsive and helpful!

Terrific as expected! Super attractive decor with a great vibe, easy parking spot, quick response to questions, everything you need for your time in Columbia, plenty of room for 6 people. Will book again for sure!!!

Kendall’s place was great! Nice, clean, and comfortable. Everything we needed was provided. Kendall was also a great host! She was helpful and flexible when we asked if she could accommodate a specific request, and she was always quick to communicate. Would definitely stay again and would recommend her place to anyone else!

We enjoyed this home for our daughter’s BCT graduation. It was very close to base and had a Walmart close by for buying supplies. The house had lots of space and options for sleeping. The kitchen was well-stocked.

This Airbnb was beautifully renovated, and absolutely great to stay in. It was very close to everything we wanted to do downtown, was plenty spacious, and had a well stocked kitchen. We really appreciated the washer and dryer. I thought this place would be particularly great to stay in long term, though we were only there for a couple days.

Charlotte's place was wonderful. Great location with shopping and restaurants nearby. Very safe neighborhood. Quick drive to USC. It was nice to get to her place after moving my daughter out of her USC dorm because the couches were comfortable and it was a beautiful family room to relax in. Although we did not have time to enjoy the lovely deck and backyard, both were sizeable. Clean bathrooms and cozy bedrooms. The house is roomier than the pictures convey, and we did not feel cramped as other Columbia rentals I have stayed in made us feel. I will definitely be looking to book Charlotte's place for future visits to the USC campus.

Our stay exceeded our expectations! The condo was even more beautiful than the photographs. It was spacious with a private entrance. It had the feel of a hotel suite as the host offers all of the small important things, "Qtips, makeup cleansing cloths, coffee pods, creamer, etc.) The space is well-lit, open, larger than it appears and was a great space to host a small toast before heading to a family event. Highly recommended and responsive host. Thank you!

Jillian's home was amazing. I was visiting Columbia to attend a graduation. Initially, I thought the location would be too far away from downtown Columbia, but it was a straightforward drive. It wasn't a long drive at all. So many grocery stores and restaurants are within a 5-10 drive. The home was spacious enough for a quick trip and was charming. Jillian was extremely responsive to any questions or needs that we had, and that was extremely appreciated. Thanks again!

We put on a lot of miles every day taking in the area while staying at your lake home. When we returned everyday OMGosh! So relaxing and comfortable. We didn't want to leave. We will miss our 3 new buddies too. And well decorated. Perfect y'all. Jeff & Nancy

it was a super clean place and was very close to downtown and william brice stadium. had a great time staying there!

The condo was quite impressive! Made us all feel at home. Bed extremely comfortable and everything was pristine clean! We came for the Army Graduation and this particular condo was so close to activities. Hostess was personable and quick to answer any question. Thank you Courtney!

T's place was very cozy and easy to find. She was a great host and super communicative, always looking out for me, like when a storm took out the power. She reached out, kept me updated and offered candles so I wasn't sitting in the dark.

A very clean, well designed space. Beautifully decorated inside & out. The beds were comfortable and the home had EVERYTHING you could need during your visit.

John and Pattie were amazing host. Always responsive and extremely helpful and accommodating. Their place was perfect, clean and so peaceful and quiet. We would definitely recommend their place!!!

Definitely was pleased. very cozy with a dash of elegance. Burned one of her mixing bowls but she brushed it off. Tvs in all rooms. Furniture well kept, pleasant clean smell over entire home. Hot water didn't run out and unspotted towels. Wish I could stayed longer. Constantly in and out. Thank you for the last min. reservations

Came in clutch on a USC Gameday weekend. Located on the 7th floor so very private. Parking in a gated lot also made it feel very secure. Would stay again! Thank you!

Gil was an excellent host. His condo was beautiful and super spacious. It is a great, quiet area within walking distance of the fun and excitement. I suggest anyone looking in the area to take a look. Gil's house is very well decorated, and it was very inviting to stay.

Great place, very clean, would stay again if i happened to be in the area

I booked this place last minute ( the day of ) and when I got there everything was clean and ready. The place is super cozy it felt like home. Lots of kitchen utensils to cook which was the best. They had some extra spices and some cleaning products available. I definitely recommend

Great place! Was there for a couple weeks. Didn’t have any issues like the previous reviews. Train is not an issue, or bugs and parking.
