Monthly Rentals in Forest City

This was our middle meeting place. The apartment worked great, not only for our stay with our dog, but for bringing our company back to relax and play cards (or watch a movie). It was the same price as a hotel room, but we got a kitchen and separate bedroom. Angel was good at asking what our plans were so she could customize our stay. I would definitely book this place again!

We had a fantastic stay at this house! The host was very responsive and was willing to accommodate our family’s special needs. The house was clean and comfortable. Value for price was excellent. I would stay there again. The house is difficult to get to if you are relying on the GPS, because it takes you to the wrong address. Just look at a map of the town and you’ll be able to find it.

My family and I had lived in the Duncan area around 40 years ago, and I booked the Community Building in order to have a place to host a gathering for friends. It worked out perfectly! Larry was very helpful with anything I had questions about or needed help with. I highly recommend this as THE place to stay in North Iowa.

Alicia’s place is great, actually due to my project having issues I opted to stay again as it was open. Will stay whenever in the area again
