The calm of the forest - Close to the center of Milly

Situé dans un petit chemin calme aux abords de la forêt, vous apprécierez notre logement que nous venons de réaménager, pour sa tranquillité, le lit confortable et les espaces extérieurs. Le logement est mitoyen à notre habitation principale. L'accès est indépendant. La piscine chauffée est partagée avec notre habitation principale et est accessible selon la saison et le temps (en général entre juin et fin septembre). L'accès à la piscine est réservée aux voyageurs qui passent la nuit sur place.

Une grange 80 m² refaite à neuf en 2022 tout confort sera parfaite pour vos week-ends/vacances en couple (1 lit double 160*200, lit bébé avec matelas confortable sur demande). Deux adultes maximum. Borne de recharge voiture électrique à prix coûtant. Espace/Piscine/balançoire/ sable bébé /trampoline/TV Netflix, Amazon et Molotov. Commerces à quelques Kilomètres. Fêtes/photos pro/Cérémonies et Animaux non acceptés. Pour nos assurances le nombre de personnes doit être conforme à la réservation.

Gîte tout confort, SPA privatif (jacuzzi, sauna, espace détente), piscine, billard, jardin, pergola, cuisine d’été… Salle d’activités pour vos stages/retraites yoga,bien être. Les lits sont faits. Des serviettes pour le SPA sont fournies. Tous commerces à 3 km. Gare à 8 km. Les fêtes sont interdites (voir règlement intérieur)

Maison en forêt inspirée de l’architecte Frank Lloyd Wright, piscine et terrasse en position dominante dans un environnement remarquable. Idéal pour un séjour en pleine forêt à une heure de Paris. Shootings, tournages et séminaires d’entreprise sont possibles sur place. Gare à 700m, commerces à 2km. Une autre maison est également louée sur la propriété. Nous limitons la maison à huit personnes, avec une ambiance calme. Petits déjeuners non inclus, entrée autonome.

Maisonnette de charme indépendante dans ancien corps de ferme rénové. très proche des sites d'escalade. Elle comprend au rez de chaussée: salon, cuisine équipée et les toilettes. A l'étage, la salle de bain et la chambre (escalier raide type échelle de meunier). Accès piscine, jardin, table de ping pong... Située dans le Parc Régional de Gâtinais... In the heart of a natural setting, bordered by a stream where the reflections of the sun dance through the leaves of the trees. Birdsong, goats and sheep, dwarfs, free on the grounds. The trailer itself is a peaceful oasis. Shared heated pool in summer (May to October depending on the weather). Streams to explore, trails to walk, and historic sites to visit all around our cottages. Come and recharge your batteries in this charming trailer

Detached house, pool, jacuzzi and terrace

House independent of ours, with heated pool from May 16 to September 30, private sheltered jacuzzi and terrace, all equipped with smoking shelters and barbecue (charcoal not included). 2 people maximum, not possible to invite additional people, NO BIRTHDAY PARTIES, WEDDINGS, PARTIES ETC... The entrance is under video surveillance and secure, it is a quiet place to relax. The house is on our property and independent of ours (opposite).

Charming Farmhouse - Swimming Pool - Forêt 3 Pignons

Large 150 m² farmhouse with independent 60 m² cottage, completely renovated, overlooking a charming inner courtyard and a garden that is not overlooked. In all, 4 spacious rooms can accommodate up to 12 people. Heated 10x3 pool (May to September) with large beach and sunbathing. Close to Fontainebleau, Grand Parquet, Barbizon and just minutes from the Forêt des 3 Pignons (climbing sites, 25-bump circuit and Cul-de-Chien sands).

Charming tree house

Enjoy the lovely setting of this romantic spot in nature. A little return to childhood in this atypical cabin. Breakfast included, you can enjoy it outside with the birds singing or inside. If the weather permits, why not take a dip in the pool; play a game of tennis or take your bikes for a nice ride. Please note that during the winter period the swimming pool is closed from November 5 to April 15.
