Holiday rentals with a patio in Formby

What a beautiful flat! Being on the fourth floor, there were great rooftop views and it was so light and airy with floor to ceiling glass. It was incredibly well-equipped with everything you could possibly need. Alice was communicative and helpful and had thought of everything. A lovely basket of goodies, milk (and even oat milk - very thoughtful ) was provided and the kitchen was equipped with quality knives, pans, etc. Plenty of toilet paper, bathroom toiletries, dishwasher tablets etc etc. One of the best Airbnbs I’ve ever stayed in. We came for the Bruce Springsteen concert, which was brilliant, and fell in love with Liverpool too! The flat is in “the nightlife area” so buzzing and exciting at night - not the place to come if you want silence! However, the flat could not be faulted and the location was right in the centre. Lovely stay for the 5 of us for a girls trip celebrating a 25th birthday. Amazing views and local town just a drive away. Place was clean and cosy and we loved the hot tub. Definitely recommend!

We had a lovely few days and the apartment was lovely and thank you for the welcome pack as well. Deffo come back.Could do a mirror in the bedroom and the mattress was al little uncomfortable.

First time doing air b&b , would Definatley recommend this property , everything was catered for from tea coffee milk etc to all personal products in shower etc , lovely gesture of wine and chocolates on arrival . Only slight down fall for me as a wheelchair user was getting into front door as step was a little steep but hubby managed to get me in also inside it was a narrow hall way for wheelchair , but loved our stay and would go again !! Big thanks to Clare 👏👏

One sentence is Enough to let the team taking care of the house know is that. “We Felt at Home” We were on 8 days road trip to Scotland. But the best location was this. We were so happy with the house. It’s beautiful. It has everything needed. Absolutely clean and neat. We slept well. We enjoyed the food from walkable distance. I would recommend anyone and everyone for this house. There is a lot to so at the location.

We had a lovely stay. Really nice neighbourhood. The garden was so pretty with a beautiful woods at the back. Could hear birds all day, very peaceful. The house had everything we needed including a great walk in shower. Getting into Liverpool was easy. The bus stop is a 2 minute walk and it’s also easy to get Ubers. Thankyou Jon & Vics.

My 3 adult children and myself stayed at Julia's whilst visiting Liverpool. The property was within walking distance of train station into City. A clean, comfortable home from home. Wouldn't hesitate to stay here again. Julia a great host!

We had a wonderful few days at Winkley Hall Farm. Fantastic property in a wonderful, peaceful location with everything you need for a relaxing, long weekend break. Our communication with our hosts was great from the moment we booked, to arrival and throughout our stay. And the lovely welcome gift was an added surprise and greatly appreciated! We were sad to leave and would definitely recommend this property, and will look to return at some point in the future.

6 adults stayed for one night for a chilled pamper/ baby shower evening and we all couldn’t fault a thing. The Coach House is beautifully decorated, clean and homely. Sarah was in touch regularly and gave clear instructions. This made our stay stress-free and I felt comfortable to contact Sarah if anything arose. Would definitely recommend this stay. The bottle of prosecco in the fridge was a lovely extra. Thank you for a lovely stay, Sarah.

We enjoyed our time and would recommend to those wanting to visit. There was even a clothes line for drying clothes. We enjoyed our time there.

Everything was as described. Comfy beds and great shower. We didn't use public transport but uber was quick and easy to secure for the location. Great spot for a longish stay and great value.

We had a truly perfect stay at Natalia’s lovely house by the marina. The home was spotless, beautifully decorated, and filled with thoughtful touches — from the welcome basket to the well-equipped kitchen. The bedrooms were cozy and peaceful, the bathroom sparkling clean, and the whole place felt warm and inviting. We loved the quiet, safe neighborhood and the stunning views just steps away. Natalia was an exceptional host: kind, responsive, and incredibly helpful. Everything was exactly as described — if not better. Highly recommended!

Jude was a wonderful host, really helpful and made us feel welcome. The place was immaculate and really cosy, we were gutted we weren't staying longer. We'll definitely be looking to book again next time we are in the area. Thank you for a lovely stay.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this cosy summer house — it truly felt like home. The space was thoughtfully equipped with everything we needed to both work comfortably and cook our own meals with ease. The little garden quickly became our favourite spot for lunch and dinner — peaceful, charming, and perfect for enjoying the sunshine. Miriam and Julio were incredibly responsive and welcoming, making sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay. The property was also immaculately clean, which we really appreciated. Would definitely stay again!

Our stay at The Bothy was just perfect, Jeanette and Will were the perfect hosts and gave us lots of information prior to arrival with plenty of local recommendations too. The apartment is beautifully decorated, incredibly clean and has everything you could want or need…even for a cozy night in! The beach is just a 5-10 minute walk away and there’s some great little restaurants close by, we recommend the Liverpool Road Social where we had a fantastic Charcuterie board and some great wine. We would absolutely stay at The Bothy again as it’s so comfy and in a great location with super easy access to Liverpool City by the metro train. Thank you very much to Jeanette and Will, we’ve loved our few days away staying at your lovely accommodation.

This is a wonderul apartment with stunning views out to sea. Perfect for a weekend break or time to just relax either at the apartment with its great balconies or as a base to explore the Wirral and into Liverpool. Big and spacious, excellent kitchen, very large bedrooms and comfortable beds and a great large TV to watch films and sport on. We could not have been happier. Highly recommended. Just not for the weekends we want to come back!

Fantastic in every way, it exceeded our expectations (which were high!). The apartment was stunning, with great thought obviously given to looks, comfort and practicality. Everything about it was generous. Amazing views, peaceful and yet so close to all amenities, buses and trains. A very special place.

A wonderful stay in beautiful accommodation. The apartment is in a great central location to Lytham shops, restaurants and beach. The apartment is well equipped, modern and very clean. The host is very helpful and welcoming. I would highly recommend this accommodation and look forward to staying again.
