La posizione è perfetta per dimenticare l'auto e muoversi a piedi o in bicicletta proprio come i locali: a soli 4 minuti dal mare e dalla piazza centrale del Forte, celebre in tutto il mondo per le sue boutique, i caffè storici e il famoso mercato del mercoledì.

Piccolo bilocale situato in una casa di corte, composto in entrata da una camera con letto matrimoniale e poltrona-letto, piccolissimo angolo cottura e bagno con doccia. Entrata indipendente. L'unico locale in comune (con noi che abitiamo sopra) è la lavanderia che è in una stanza indipendente .Il parcheggio ,gratuito , è sulla strada (a 20 metri dalla porta di casa) Non c'è giardino ma ci si può sedere fuori magari per bersi un drink .
