On the ground floor there is a spacious living room with a sofa bed and a TV, a kitchen equipped with everything necessary for cooking, a bathroom and a pantry.  On the second floor there are three spacious bedrooms and a bathroom.  Bedroom 1 with one double bed, Bedroom 2 with two single beds, Bedroom 3 with one single bed and desk.  An outdoor barbecue and spacious green areas are also available.

The entrance opens up into a very big living area with a canal view where you can sit and basically touch the water while you are enjoying a glass of wine.

Nice apartment with air conditioning, washing machine and some outside space. 100 metres from a bus stop and a shop selling fresh fruit and vegetables and everyday groceries. If you are interested in local food and wines, we can give you some advice on nearby shops and farms. Larger supermarket open 7/7 less than 10 mins away (on foot). The town's castle (on the Prosecco Hills) is a 20 mins walk away. We live close by, we speak Italian but out sons help us welcome foreign guests.
