It's close to shopping & restaurants, yet has a country feel. WE HAVE PARKING SPACE FOR ONLY 1 REGULAR-SIZED VEHICLE. We do not allow smoking anywhere on our property. Privacy, luxury and nature-for you! Luxurious apartment in our home (owner-occupied) - on 120 private acres overlooking the Enoree river. Visitors are blown away by the view and the sound of the river. Beautiful walking trail and 2 kayaks available for use. There is a beautiful waterfall located only 600 yards upriver, by kayak. There are bald eagles, turtles, herons, etc.. 15 miles to GSP airport and 21 miles to downtown Greenville and Spartanburg. (No pets, smoking/vaping inside, or guns!)

There's a kitchen with all the utensils, pots, bowls, plates, cups, etc. that you could need for your stay as well as a stocked Nespresso machine!
