Beautiful house, very nicely decorated. Because we have a large car, we could not park up to the house (very narrow street), but we happily walked back and forth a few times with our luggage. The house is right in the center of a cozy town, with a bar for morning cappuccino nearby :). Carlo was a thoughtful and pleasant host.

Paola and her parents were a pleasure to interact with. This made for a much warmer, homely experience. Also how often do you get greeted with some organic lemon pie in your fridge, made from lemons grown on the property? So cool. The apartment itself was excellent and allowed easy access to Tortolì and surrounding beaches. The presence of beach umbrellas and towels made going to the beach much easier and enjoyable. So to summarize: super responsive host, very well equipped apartment in a great location. Highly recommended.

We had a fantastic stay! The place was clean, stylish, and exactly as shown in the photos. It’s in a perfect location — close to everything, and just a few minutes’ walk to the beach. The courtyard and terrace were lovely, and we especially enjoyed relaxing there in the evenings. We brought our 13-month-old, and it was absolutely perfect for her. The home had everything we needed and felt very comfortable and welcoming. Lorenzo and Tony were such kind hosts — truly a lovely family. We would 100% stay here again!

Spacious apartment near both the center of Tortoli and the port of Arbatax (by car). Accommodation equipped with everything, the host's parents are super kind (they even offered us a piece of homemade cake), very quiet residential area. Only flaws: some ants that entered the kitchen from small openings (however, nothing too invasive) and slightly dated appliances, which however still perform their task. Overall, an excellent stay, we recommend it to those who want to book.
