The adjoining bathroom features a walk-in rain shower and modern design. Parking is available free of charge on the premises. There is no smoking in the entire house.

The apartment is on the second floor of a more than 300-year-old half-timbered house in traditional clay construction. The listed house has been professionally completely renovated and comfortably furnished with a lot of love for detail. The ecological construction ensures a very healthy indoor climate. In the garden there is also a rustic, wood-heated Finnish log cabin sauna, which we will gladly heat up for you for an extra charge of €15.

If you really want to switch off, need new spirit and are satisfied with minimalist furnishings, but appreciate the luxury of freedom, evening sunsets from your terrace, birdsong in the morning and the mooing of happy cows, you've come to the right place. The small house, furnished in a cozy, rustic style, is located in Flöha, at the foot of the Erzgebirge - 15 minutes by car from Chemnitz - the cultural capital '25. It is tucked away in a beautiful property overgrown with yews and ivy and yet close to the sights of the surrounding towns. A soapstone oven for the winter and a small terrace in summer will bring you into the well-deserved feel-good mode. There is room for 3 people.

Coziness in Lichtenwalde

Welcome to our cozy apartment TILDA in Lichtenwalde. Here you can unwind alone or as a couple and relax. The center of Chemnitz is only 8 km away and also easily accessible by bus (stop right outside the door). The beautiful Lichtenwalde Castle and the Baroque garden can be reached on foot in just a few minutes. The area is characterized by many hiking trails, forests and quaint restaurants. Our beautiful apartment is located in the Chemnitz - Reichenhain district. It offers a modern fully equipped kitchen, living room and bedroom, a daylight bathroom with bathtub/shower. The living room is equipped with a cozy couch, TV chair, flat-screen TV, Wi-Fi and stereo. The couch can be used as a full bed for 1-2 people. The bedroom is equipped with a comfortable box spring bed, a single bed and a large wardrobe.

Gretel's favorite place is in our half-timbered house, in a small settlement on the edge of the Zellwald. The apartment is 32 m². You are in the middle of nature, here the fox and rabbit say good night. Your apartment is newly renovated and furnished with a lot of love. You can relax in our large, original garden, use the playground, but are also quickly on the highway to explore the surrounding area.
