Holiday rentals with a patio in Frankfort

Mark’s place was absolutely perfect. It was exactly like the photos and had everything we needed. I’m usually one who packs everything and the kitchen sink and I found that I didn’t need it because Mark-s condo had it all. He was very quick to respond to any questions I had which I appreciated. I also loved how the condo is located on the TART trail which made it super convenient to hop on for a quick bike ride. We definitely plan to return. Thanks again!

We really enjoyed staying at Fawn’s place!! This was a top tier place! She thought of everything and provided so many extras like snacks, an assortment of drinks and even chocolates on the pillows. The decor was very well done and it was so clean and comfortable. It was a great spot to stay as we explored some of north Michigan. We slept well and the surroundings were very peaceful and quiet. We would stay here again without any hesitation. Fawn was quick to answer questions and help in any way. We enjoyed staying here very much!!

Location was great! Very walkable to bike path, downtown Beulah, and crystal lake. Easy drive to sleeping bear dunes, traverse city, and Frankfort. House was clean and had everything we needed. Great set up for our family of 6 (4 young kids).

Booked this AirBnB for a weekend ski trip up north. The check-in was very flexible which was nice because we wanted to ski on check in day. The house was very cozy and inviting. Very clean and taken care of. It offered a lot more room than I expected. The hot tub was spectacular, very hot and the jets are wonderful. Check out was super accommodating as well and the host was very responsive to questions. Only trouble we had was that the furnace has some trouble keeping the house warm during a blizzard. Having the garage was super nice during the blizzard though. It seemed like during our stay most of the neighborhood wasn’t there so it was very quiet and peaceful. Seems like a neighborhood with a lot of summer homes. If you’re going in the winter be sure to take a car with AWD because the roads were pretty difficult to drive on in my tiny sedan. Not the BnB’s fault, but just a warning.

We had a wonderful, peaceful stay at Daphne & Will's gorgeous home. To say they went above and beyond would be an understatement – their space was filled with tasteful decorations, thoughtful touches, and high-quality finishes and furnishings. There was no way we could use every amenity available on a short 3-day stay, but that's all the more reason to come back and enjoy the space again sometime in the future. We particularly enjoyed the fireplace, view of the trees and lake, and comfy sofa – perfect for a relaxing trip. Will and Daphne struck the perfect balance of responsiveness, giving space, and friendliness. Airbnb perfection.

Wonderful location that was walkable to beach, coffee shops and breweries. The property was clean and had all the amenities we needed. Host was helpful and easy to communicate with. Check in and check out were both easy. Highly recommend this property in Beulah!

Ryan’s place was very clean and the beds were comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed for cooking meals. The BEST part of our stay was that we could walk to restaurants, shops, the waterfront and beach. I would highly recommend Ryan’s place if you want to explore downtown TC!

Great place to stay, close to Crystal mountain. Very close to at least 8 golf courses. Clean place, great for friends and family trip. It is in town and close to neighbors but overall a great place, and great host

We stayed during the holidays for a winter getaway. This place had everything we needed and more. It was easy to find and park. The house was cozy and had all the kitchen and bathroom amenities. It's also right next to a great restaurant and coffee shop. It was a quick drive to Crystal Mountain and to Point Betsie Lighthouse. Deirdre was a proactive and responsive host, providing all the necessary details for a great stay, including lots of recommendations for food, drinks and activities.

We cannot say enough good things about your stay & Beth! My family was in town for our wedding & Beth was more than accommodating with early check in so we could get things going! While I had a busy weekend as the bride, Beth sent multiple messages checking in on us & letting us know if we needed anything to just reach out! Even my mother mentioned how amazing that the home had everything stocked & we didn’t need to bring a thing! Something that not every Airbnb offers. The home looked right out at the water, it was updated and such stunning features, lots of spacious areas & rooms, and truly the perfect place to reset during a busy weekend! We hope to stay with Beth at this stunning home again on our next trip to Traverse!

Kelsey’s home was perfect for our family’s stay while we were in town for a wedding! We were especially pleased with how clean it was and the number of kitchen amenities which made it easy for us to cook several meals in during our stay. She also had some great recommendations for local spots (restaurants, activities, etc.) to check out. Would definitely recommend her place for your family’s trip to Traverse city!

Every time I approach a rental I've reserved, I feel a bit anxious and skeptical: will it match the description? will I have to convince myself "it's fine"? will the pictures on the listing be several years old or will they be edited so much that reality looks quite different? You know the feelings. Jessica's place was EXACTLY what I expected based on pictures, description and reviews. Clean and open and thoughtfully appointed. Extra things like a well stocked kitchen including several spices (we didn't do any cooking but I know how nice it is not to have to pack or buy every little thing!) and hangers in the closets, extra blankets in the living room, games in the cupboard, plenty of towels. It was such a comfortable home that felt intentional for hosting. Highly recommend. Didn't disappoint in the least.

We were impressed by the comfort and welcome of the little red cabin. The hosts were wonderful, amenities plentiful and the cabin was cozy. We very much enjoyed the fire pit and the rocking Adirondack chairs. The outdoor space allowed us to soak up the sun and gain a quiet break from the city life. Easy to drive around this area + we really enjoyed our time spent at the cabin cooking meals and spending time with our dog (it was so amazing that there were bowls there for him). The location was perfect for us. We look forward to returning for another future visit.

We came up here to play Arcadia Bluffs and this was a perfect spot to relax in-between. The space had numerous outdoor areas to eat/hang out and was completely private. The beds are on opposite ends of the house, each with their own bathroom, perfect for 2 couples or a family.

Our stay was absolute magic. Being able to stay above our absolute favorite chocolate shop was a dream come true. There is nothing like coming off of the beach and straight into the shop to grab a frozen chocolate bar and giant cookie! Such a unique and amazing spot. Can’t recommend it enough.

The condo was perfect. Clean, comfortable and a great location to downtown. Cute restaurant with a patio right across the street. Was perfect for our group!

Cute place to stay for a long weekend trip. Within walking distance to most of our favorite places in Onekama. Had exactly what we needed for a successful & relaxing stay :)

We spent a week at Dylan and Suzanne's condo. We planned it as a relaxing getaway – and it really was. The weather turned out a bit cooler than expected, but that ended up being perfect since we did a few days of hiking and the rest exploring the small towns along the coast. (Highly recommend the Bayview Trail that's accessible right from The Homestead.) Each day we'd come back and hang out on the screened-in deck. Our favorite feature! Even on the rainiest day when it was in the mid-50s, we grabbed a blanket and sat out there. It's just so peaceful. You can hear the waves and the surrounding trees make you feel like you're way off the beaten path. The condo is well-appointed and comfortable. I love the artwork they have on the walls. Lots of soothing scenes. Glen Arbor is a great spot to explore and close to many other lakeshore towns. Super easy to get around. If we're in the area in the future, we'd happily book the condo again!

Really nice condo in a quiet neighborhood. The space fit the description and Brad was very responsive, checking in throughout our stay. Finding an Airbnb that allows pets can be challenging - we traveled with two dogs and felt right at home. The walking trail close by was a bonus. Would definitely stay again!

We loved our stay! The listing was exceptionally clean and amenities were as described. We enjoyed the location and having a coffee shop and (delicious) burger joint in walkable distance was a great bonus! The view of the beach and water right off the private balcony was wonderful and having a heated pool/hot tub combo right on property made this an ideal booking for our family. We’d come back and would recommend to others!

Clean, comfortable, convenient condo at Crystal Mountain! Very nicely decorated, view of the golf course and good mattresses. Suggest bringing eye mask due to skylight in bedroom.
