5 star for sure! This place is a hidden gem, its so clean and has so many little extras to make you feel at home. I found seasoning to cook with,.coffee, tea, cream and sugar..and even a couple of pods for laundry. All of that plus an easy check-in, great parking space in the back (which you will need since street parking can be dicey) and the friendly neighbors made my stay wonderful. I stayed 7 nights and it is quiet at night so I felt very safe and got a good nights rest each night. I will definitely book again!!!

I had a great experience. This was my first time using Airbnb and Thomas made it worth every penny. Clear instructions and clean. The master bed was more firm than I’m usually comfortable with so I slept on the bed in the living room. Overall I had a great stay, the only downside I saw was it was in the basement and people were walking around of course. There were a few hairs in the shower leftover as well but I’d still stay again.

Spacious apartment with fun extras (puzzle, yoga mat, etc.)! It was easy-to-find and well-stocked with supplies, including thoughtful items for our use. It was clean and comfortable; we didn't use the kitchen at all as it was a very quick stay. The hosts are cognizant of the noise from the train and highway, and provide earplugs, sound machines, blackout shades, a fan, etc., to help ensure guests can sleep well. The local recommendations were great. Downtown Oak Park is about a 10-minute drive; we appreciated the ability to walk 5 minutes to a nice café or restaurant.

It was a nice place. Had everything needed. The locality is really good. Quiet, peaceful and nice people.

Stay was great and Mariam was a super host. The space was exactly as pictured and all the games were a blast. Miriam even checked in a couple times to make sure we had everything we need and that we were having a good time. For sure would stay here again.

Great stay!! We went to a two night concert at All State and it was a perfect place to stay for this. Walkable to coffee, grocery, and restaurants/bars. Plenty of space and a nice back yard area.

We had a truly wonderful stay at Casa22. The home is beautiful, luxurious, and impeccably maintained — everything was clean, spotless and thoughtfully arranged. It had all the essentials we needed for a comfortable extended stay with our family, including a well-equipped kitchen, and spacious layout. The hosts, Narcis and Gabriel, were fantastic — extremely responsive, clear in their communication. They provided detailed instructions that made check-in, check-out, and everything in between seamless. The neighborhood is quiet, safe, and very family-friendly, with easy access to main roads — a great location if you're planning to explore Chicago without the stress of city parking. Having a car made it easy to get around, and the area itself felt peaceful and well-kept. If you're visiting the Chicago area and looking for a clean, elegant, and well-managed place to stay, I highly recommend Casa22. We would absolutely love to return!

Best Airbnb stay we have had to date. Incredibly comfortable, clean and quiet. Wonderful experience!

Beautiful townhome. Very clean and cozy. Beds are very comfortable. Bathrooms are new and clean. Adorable little yard that’s fully fenced. Parking is secure in a private lot about a block away from the house. The townhome is on the opposite corner of the parking lot, but it was easy to pull alongside the townhouse to unload everything into the backyard and then park the car and walk the block to the house. The kitchen is beautiful, clean and upgraded. The host is very responsive. There is a big dining room table that looks out to the sweet little backyard. Very pet friendly. Neighbors were very nice and quiet. Neighborhood has mature trees and sidewalks. We felt very comfortable staying there. Highly recommend.

We had a wonderful stay. The house was clean, we had all we needed to make meals and the beds were comfortable. We would have appreciated blinds in the two smaller bedrooms but enjoyed the rooms nonetheless. My friends say Thank you for your hosting.

I had a great experience! The house had everything we needed for a fun trip. Jazmine was very responsive and provided clear instructions on check in, check out, etc! I will definitely come back if I’m ever in the area again!

We love staying in this little house that’s actually quite big, wonderful outdoor area. Unfortunately it was too cold for us to enjoy it, but looked really amazing. Kitchen had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. Beds were extremely comfortable and hot water was fantastic. Close to the airport and convenient to lots of nice restaurants.

Much of this home was fairly recently updated, it was nicely done. Beds were comfortable, bathrooms were very good, Roku TV was easy to use. Neighborhood was peaceful and close to O'Hare. Only one word of caution...the bedrooms were quite small. The bed took up most of the space in each bedroom, we were not there long enough to unpack, so the suitcases had to go in the dining room because there was not enough room in the bedrooms. But other than that, everything was great and we would highly recommend this home.

When we were first looking for a place to stay, none of the available AirB&Bs looked great. A week later, we looked again, and suddenly Julia's place popped up. It was so much better looking, and with a fairer price, than any others I could find in the list. A two-bedroom that is a *real* two-bedroom, for the price that others were charging for a pull-out bed in the living room. It was just as beautiful in-person. We felt immediately at-home and comfortable. I'm someone who has insomnia, especially while traveling, but there, I had no problem sleeping somehow. Also, it truly is a short walk to the Blue Line, or even a just few steps from the 77 bus route, which goes to the Blue Line, or all the way right into downtown Chicago.

My daughter and I stayed at Izakaya Studio on a recent visit to Chicago. The studio is great and Brett made it so easy to locate everything we needed to make our stay enjoyable. The next time we stay I hope to spend more time exploring the neighborhood because there were so many restaurants and shops to choose from (lots of open-air patios and decks which would be so nice during the summer season). The walk to the blue line El stop felt safe and quick. We loved the studio's layout. The kitchen and bedroom areas were separate and Brett has two big, comfy chairs for relaxing, and ample island space for eating or using as a work space. My daughter had some virtual work meetings and the Wi-Fi was reliable. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you'd need for meal prep. We ate out each day, but our delicious breakfast take-out came from a place right up the street called Yolk. I highly recommend the Izakaya Studio for a relaxing and fun visit to Chicago.

The time spent here was wonderful. This place has everything you need to feel at home away from home. Everything was clean and comfortable. The area was also really nice with tons of food and drinks within walking distance. The blue line is a short walk away and the busses run on the corner. I would definitely stay here again when coming back to Chicago.

This is a WONDERFUL one bedroom apartment that is both private and spacious! The owner/host has the space fabulously decorated with an eclectic mix of original contemporary artwork and antiques. Nothing is generic about the space and it has been outfitted for guests with loving care. The host, Kaye, clearly puts much trust in her guests with her charming decor and furnishings. The amount of space, the privacy and the home-y feel make it a place we'd love to return to.

Beautiful place to stay in Pilsen area just what we wanted! Close to downtown and amazing places to eat all around. Easy access to a lot of things to do. Beautiful place, extremely clean! We definitely enjoyed our stay at Laura’s!

Great place! Felt homey and comfortable. Though I stayed on my own, my family would have enjoyed the games and nook areas to hang out. This is a basement apartment that feels like a cabin or summer get away. Note that the kitchen is not a full kitchen (this is described on the listing) but is equipped very well for a kitchenette.
