Margot and Ludwig are very warm and friendly. The apartment is very clean, comfortable and has everything we needed toiletries, cooking utensils, coffee, tea bags, clean towels and bedsheets. The bed is very comfortable. It's a residential area with beautiful houses and lovely gardens. The train station is "Assling Oberbay" and not Abling. It's about half an hour by train to München Hbf. It's very useful to download MVP-App for the train timetable. It's perfect if you come by car as you can park on the road. Thanks again to the friendly hosts. Andrea is a responsive person to our questions before arriving at the accommodation: use of transport in Munich, directions to get to the accommodation and nearby shops, large arrival time (appreciable when you come from far away!). The accommodation was clean, bright, very well equipped. Andrea is a friendly and helpful person. Thank you for this very pleasant stay, we will come back with great pleasure.

We loved staying here so much we are already planning our return trip! If sweet cottage meals outside under ancient oak trees are your jam, this the place. It's a very close drive to the town of Grafing, which has everything you could want and is an hour from many amazing things like Munich, Salzburg, Innsbruck, Dacahu etc. The Castle was nice and cool, quiet and beautiful. Rea and her family were a joy! Responsive, helpful and kind. Can't say enough good things!

We stayed in Martina's apartment for a few days. We felt very comfortable from the moment we arrived until we checked out. Our dogs were welcomed with open arms. The apartment is furnished with a lot of love for detail and really leaves nothing to be desired. We highly recommend this place! 😊
