Situata in zona tranquilla, vicino alla pineta del Parco Avventura, la villa è circondata dal giardino attrezzato con barbecue e posto per solo auto. Al piano terra si trovano: patio sfruttabile anche in inverno, cucina completa, bagno con doccia e sala. Al primo piano ci sono due camere da letto matrimoniali ed un altro bagno, sempre con doccia. La struttura è completata dal solarium con lettini, ombrellone e doccia. Il mare è a circa 800 metri. E' disponibile un lettino per bambini neonati.
