The boutique design farm: ANNAS SCHEUNE

The gateway to the Elz Valley in the Black Forest and the world-famous Glotter Valley is the small “Slow City” Waldkirch. In the suburb of Buchholz, ANNAS SCHEUNE is located in the middle of the old town center. A 2016 organically loft-like renovated farmhouse with several outbuildings from the 17th century. The decor with antiques, design classics and custom-made furniture completes the modern country style of the barn. Unfortunately, we are currently only allowed to accommodate guests in accordance with the 2G rule. As of 01/22/2022

Only 2 km from Emmendingen, a quaint 15th century cobble-stoned town with small cafes & shops, and an easy 20 min from Freiburg and Europapark. Die 70m2 große, abgeschlossene Ferienwohnung liegt im 1. OG ist eines modernisierten ehemaligen Bauernhofes mit Panoramablick in ruhiger Alleinlage und dennoch nahe am Ortskern. Parkplatz direkt am Eingang. Das Haus ist etwas hellhörig, besonders Trittschall ist hörbar. 2 Zimmer (Schlafzimmer und Wohnzimmer mit Schlafcouch) eine gut eingerichtete Wohnküche und ein 20m2 großer, gut isolierter Wintergarten. Das umgebende Gelände ist naturnah angelegt. Liege-/Spielwiese mit Grill-/Feuerplatz.

The chalet is located at the foot of the Black Forest with unobstructed views of meadows and forests. Beautiful evenings can be enjoyed at sunset at the spacious terrace with seating and barbecue. The living room is open, bright and welcoming with panoramic windows and a gallery. In winter, a fireplace in the living area provides the right atmosphere. The outdoor area has an infinity pool. Seating and sunbathing areas invite you to relax.

Beautiful 1 1/2 room apartment in our detached house. Perfect for 2 persons. A sofa bed is available in the living room (ideal for a third person or 2 children). Ideal location for trips to Europa Park, Kaiserstuhl or Freiburg or France. The small, friendly village is surrounded by vineyards and in a few minutes' drive you can reach many shopping facilities, a bus connection is given and the highway can also be reached in 3 minutes.

The "Spielberg-Lodge" is a stylish & modern furnished apartment with oak parquet and underfloor heating for max. 2 people. It has a separate entrance and is only 20 minutes by car from Freiburg in the countryside and invites you to relax. But also the big cities of Basel (Switzerland) & Strasbourg (France) are easily reached within an hour by car, as well as Europa-Park in Rust as well as the Black Forest, Vosges & Kaiserstuhl.

The 1 room apartment with sep. EBK, bathroom and private entrance is located in a quiet, central location in a district of Emmendingen. Public transport, a bakery are nearby. 10 min. to Emmendingen city center ( bus or car), about 15 min. to Freiburg ( train or car), about 30 min. to Europa-Park in Rust ( car). There is an excavator lake nearby ( it may be bathed)

New apartment on the farm / in the countryside

Dear guests, our apartment is located in a house newly built in 2022. The outdoor area around the house is not yet 100% finished. However, this does not affect your stay with us. You will find enough cozy places on the farm. We warmly welcome you! A guest fee of €1 per person per night must be paid on site.

A spiral staircase leads to the cozy guest room, where we have placed great emphasis on making our guests feel comfortable. The apartment is close to Europa-Park but also to the Black Forest, the border triangle and many other nice places and attractions. Check-in can be done alone.
