You will stay on 75 square meters, in a lovingly renovated, state-of-the-art old building apartment in industrial style, with underfloor heating, fully equipped kitchen, balcony, cozy bedrooms with smart TV and a noble living room with dining area. The apartment is located in Dresden-Löbtau. Within walking distance you can reach lots of shopping, restaurants and public transport in a few minutes, with which you are in the city center in 10-15 minutes.

15 minutes by bus to the Christmas market (Striezelmarkt) in Dresden. 40 minutes to the ski slopes in the Ore Mountains (Altenberg). Schöne Wanderwege in den verschlungenen linkselbischen Tälern gilt es genauso zu entdecken wie die Weinstadt Radebeul mit dem Spitzhaus und dem historischen Dorfanger Alt-Kötzschenbroda (Kneipen). Die Reinigungsgebühr von 30€ ist in bar zu hinterlegen. Buchungen ab dem 28.01.26 enthalten diese Kosten.

Cozy apartment on the quiet outskirts – ideal for families with children. The charming house from before 1900 offers historical flair, but is partly noisy. Surrounded by meadows and fields, you can enjoy rural idyll with plenty of space to play and relax. Freiberg and the Erzgebirge are within easy reach – perfect for excursions, hiking or winter sports. The apartment is on the ground floor, above which a tenant lives. I am available any time. The apartment is ideal for families and groups of 4 people with two separate sleeping areas. You can walk to both the culturally and architecturally unique old town and the lively trendy district of the Äußere Neustadt.

You will stay in the middle of one of the most beautiful parks in Dresden. Enjoy the surroundings, the quiet dreaminess of the park and the landscape. We have magnificent views of the vineyards and the city. Our guests have breakfast on the sun terrace and relax in the evening with a glass of wine. The city offers a lot of culture and all the amenities of a metropolis. Take a vacation in the city and at the same time in the countryside at the winery!
