Der Seppelhof ist ein über 400 Jahre alter Hof, der grundlegend saniert und modernisiert wurde. Er liegt freistehend außerhalb von Hofsgrund auf ca. 900 m über dem Meer. Das Anwesen ist daher herrlich still und idyllisch mit großem Garten gelegen. Der Hof hat insgesamt 3 weiträumig voneinander getrennte Wohneinheiten mit separatem Eingang, wovon eine unseren Gästen zur Verfügung gestellt wird. Neben dem Ausblick in die Natur, bietet die Nähe zu Frankreich und Schweiz viele Sightseeingoptionen.

Le chalet vous attend pour passer un agréable séjour à la nature et au calme dans un cadre chaleureux, avec une décoration à la fois ancienne et moderne. Conçu pour accueillir 6 à 10 personnes, deux salles de bains, linge de lit et de toilette fournis.

Das typische Schwarzwaldhaus von 1831 wurde 2021 liebevoll renoviert. Im barrierefrei zugänglichen Erdgeschoss befindet sich ein rollstuhlgerechtes Bad. Der große Wohn-/Koch-/Essbereich mit seinen lehmverputzten Wänden und Massivholzeinbauten steht im Mittelpunkt des Hauses. Im historischen Dachgeschoss befindet sich ein großes und zwei kleine Schlafzimmer. Ebenso befindet sich im Dachgeschoss ein gemütliches Bad. Vor der Spielwiese im Garten plätschert ein Bach vorbei. We built our bioclimatic wooden frame chalet so that it restores a soft and natural atmosphere in harmony with the surrounding nature. Its name Lô-Bin-Ïa comes from its source which flows next to the chalet. And it is in this sweetness that we want to welcome you. You will have access to downhill and cross-country ski trails, lakes and waterfalls less than 1/2 hour from the chalet. Many hiking trails are present around the chalet.
