Broadgate Lodge, in the heart of Braunton, Devon

Broadgate Lodge is a beautifully appointed detached cottage, situated just a few minutes easy walk from the centre of Braunton. It’s a single story barn conversion with modern interior, including an open plan kitchen, dining and living area. It is spacious and light but still has that cosy cottage feeling. It has a lovely south facing outside area for al-fresco dining. The property is perfect for couples. Well-behaved dogs and a young child are also welcome.

We are near world-renowned surf beaches and there are excellent walks both by the sea or further afield on Exmoor. Otherwise, you could just put your feet up, relax and admire the view! Oaktree Cottage is set in a delightfully private, wooded location. 15 minutes gentle stroll from Instow beach and the lovely pubs and restaurants on the front. The Tarka Trail is accessible in 10 minutes on foot with Bideford and Barnstaple easily accessible by car. We accept one well behaved dog and you will find the beach and all the pubs and restaurants in Instow are equally as dog friendly.

The Barn at Port Farm

The Barn at Port Farm is a unique and generous studio space. Originally a threshing barn, but recently converted by the owners into a modern space which respectfully retains the character and proportions of the original barn. The eclectic mix of quirky, vintage objects and art give the Barn its unique character. A perfect hideaway for couples looking for something a little out of the ordinary.
