Kid-friendly holiday rentals in French Flanders

Wir hatten einen einwöchigen Aufenthalt mit 4 Erwachsenen und einem Kind. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Der Wellnessbereich war hervorragend. Unser Sohn hatte unglaublich viel Spaß auf dem großen Grundstück. Die Ruhe und Natur haben wir sehr genossen. Die Gastgeber waren äußerst freundlich und versorgten uns netterweise mit frischem Obst aus dem Garten und tollen Ausflugtipps. Wir wollen die Unterkunft unbedingt weiterempfehlen!

We hebben fijne dagen gehad, de ruimte was erg compleet ingericht en kwam goed overeen met de foto's. Heerlijk rustige plek met mooie tuin.

Je voyage presqu'exclusivement avec AirBnb depuis des années, mais rare sont les endroits ou tu as une accueille aussi bienveillante qu'avec Lucie. Dans ce logement tu te sent comme chez toi en arrivant, le lit était si confortable que je suis un peu gêné de vous dire que j'y ai passé presque 11 heures sans me réveiller la première nuit, ce qui est plutôt rare. A titre d'hôte, je crois que Lucie dans la vrai vie de tout les jours est le genre de personne que vous souhaiteriez avoir comme amie. En ce qui concerne cette ville, elle est aussi charmante que votre hôte, une des particularités de Dunkerque est la gentillesse de ses habitants dans cette ville bercée par de nombreuses histoires et fait cocasses, comme la statue de Jean Bart qui par miracle, fut sauvée des bombardements de la deuxième guerre mondial ou tout les bâtiments autours furent rasés a 85 %. Jackie's house is the perfect location for staying in Ypres. it is a 5 minute walk to the main square and is in a nice and peaceful location. the house is set over three levels with the spacious kitchen/ diner and bathroom on the ground floor, a living room on the 1st floor and a bedroom on the second floor. although we didn't use the kitchen, it was fully equipped to allow people to cook a full meal. living room consists of a sofa bed, with a TV and desk, leading to some steep steps up to the bedroom above which is spacious and airy. on the whole a perfect place to stay and relax while in Ypres and would stay at this location again.

Wir waren 6 Tage in der Unterkunft und es hat uns super gefallen. Die Lage ist schön ruhig und mit dem Auto lässt sich einiges schnell erreichen (z.B. der tolle Strand in 10 Minuten oder Brügge in 40 Minuten). Die Unterkunft war genau wie beschrieben: klein aber fein ☺️ Alles war sehr sauber. Ich finde, der Rasen draußen könnte mal wieder etwas Pflege vertragen, aber aus Erfahrung ist das auch nicht immer einfach 🙃☺️. Marion hat schnell auf Nachfragen oder Ähnliches geantwortet. Bucht gerne diese Unterkunft - sie und die Gegend sind es wert! 😍

This is a great place. The position is beautiful, the canal is so good. The house is great and I would definitely recommend. Lots of facilities and beautifully kept and has secure parking.

This is one of the best places we’ve ever stayed. Beautiful views from each of the terraces. We saw some stunning sunsets. Great fun watching all the activity on the beach. Bart and Mieke were excellent hosts, providing really useful information on everything from where to eat to where to park. Very responsive to every question we had and even helped with late checkout. The apartment is small but is really well designed and beautifully decorated and has everything you need. We wholeheartedly recommend this fabulous Airbnb.

On ne va pas y aller par 4 chemins et avouer quand même qu’au départ on a choisi cet appartement pour sa vue… et ça vaut vraiment le coup ! Presque hypnotisant, un régal. L’appartement en lui même est très bien agencé. Le parcours d’escaliers et couloirs surprend la 1ere fois, mais le jeu en vaut la chandelle. Très bien aménagé et optimisé. Je recommande vivement pour une escapade à 2 à Malo.

Magnifique appartement décoré avec goût, propre, tout le nécessaire pour s'y sentir bien et à 2 pas des commerces restaurants bars... nous y reviendrons avec grand plaisir ! Valentin était très réactif aussi c'est très agréable !

4ème séjour très réussi dans cet appartement tellement agréable, beau et lumineux. Hôte très réctive.

Le logement est IMPECCABLE et très cocooning pour un weekend, super emplacement. Il est décoré avec goût et l’hôte est réactif. Je recommande les yeux fermés. Merci pour l’accueil !

Appartement vraiment exceptionnel sur la digue, la vue est à couper le souffle, il est bien équipé et le parking est un gros plus dans le quartier, nous reviendrons sans aucun doute

Great place for a family a few blocks from the beach- location can’t be beat, sand toys for kids came with the condo which was wonderful, crib fully set up in the bedroom was A+. Place was well set up for our toddler- nothing for him to break, spent most time on the main floor aside from putting him to bed. Street parking was busy, especially summer evenings when people are out for dinner on the boardwalk. We managed by parking further away during the dinner hours and reparking closer to the apartment later on (8pm on). Only other rec’s I would give to people staying here is to bring your own shampoo, coffee supplies (there is a machine that uses pods but made weak coffee- no French press or filter for drip), face cloths, dish cloth and paper towels. We would definitely stay here again, we would just buy these supplies earlier.

Très agréable séjour, la cabane est magnifique et très bien équipée. Merci à Sabine pour son accueil. Nous espérons revenir bientôt.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans l'appartement de Nathalie et d'Olivier. L'appartement est très bien situé, très propre et disposant d'une belle vue sur Dunkerque. Nathalie et Olivier sont des hôtes très sympathiques et arrangeants.

Wir waren zum 2. mal in einer Wohnung von Christophe und Isabelle und wir waren auch diesmal absolut zufrieden. Das Apartment gegenüber der Strandpromenade ist wunderschön und hochwertig eingerichtet. In Bad und Küche ist alles Notwendige vorhanden. Bettwäsche und Handtücher waren ausreichend vorhanden. Die Freundlichkeit von Christophe und die Sauberkeit der Wohnung hat 10 Sterne verdient! Wir kommen sehr gern wieder, wenn wir dürfen.

Ich war eine Woche in der Unterkunft von Sophie bei wunderschönem Wetter. Die Lage der Wohnung ist toll und es ist alles da was man braucht. Sophie war jederzeit erreichbar und hilfsbereit. Gerne werde ich irgendwann einmal wieder kommen.

Un logement cosy, confortable, et tres adapté pour un déplacement professionnel. Mauricio est très prévenant, et le séjour s’est bien passé. Un séjour satisfaisant. Bon à savoir : le plafond de la chambre est bas (déconseillé aux personnes de grande taille), et à ce jour, le bâtiment d’à est en travaux.
