Unsere renovierte Ferienwohnung ist liebevoll eingerichtet und umfasst ca. 65 qm. Sie ist im 1. Stock unseres Hauses, in einem ruhigen Wohngebiet. Sie hat 2 Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbetten (1x190/200; 1x140/200), Wohn-Essbereich, Küche (voll ausgestattet), Dusche, WC, Balkon, Sat-TV, Musikanlage, WLAN, Kinderbett u. Hochstuhl. Parkplätze in der Nähe. BITTE BEACHTEN: Sofern zwei Gäste beide Schlafzimmer beanspruchen, erheben wir einen zusätzlichen Aufschlag von 12 € pro Nacht.

Farmhouse 1856, in the middle of the beautiful nature of the southern Black Forest. The proximity to the Wutach Gorge, the Schluchsee, Feldberg (winter sports) and Switzerland make it the starting point for numerous activities. The house also has a large garden that guests can partially use (barbecue area). As hosts, we live one house away and are here to help you during your stay. Dogs are also welcome here, as we are also dog owners.

A high-quality and fully equipped A built-in kitchen is at your disposal. The timeless bathroom has a shower, sink and toilet. Towels are available. The double bedroom, like the living area, has a smart TV. Wi-Fi, community games and an internet radio are provided.

An entire house just for you! Experience relaxation and tranquility in our vacation home in the Black Forest. Switch off without traffic noise or neighbors in the spacious house that you live in alone. Enjoy the magnificent view to the south from the couch or the huge terrace. Make yourself comfortable in our spacious premises. Our 3.5 rooms, 110 m² and 2 fully equipped bathrooms await up to 4 guests.

Nature experiences - activities close to nature and culture

The house is situated in a spacious scattered settlement, the distance to the nearest house is about 50 meters. Apart from the guests, I live as a host in the house, the permanently rented apartment in the attic has a separate entrance from the outside. Guest access is on ground floor. As a host, I use the extra entrance in the basement.
