Beautiful surroundings and views of the Marsh! Extremely close to Hunting Island and all that it offers. Several local flavor restaurants within a 3 to 5 minute drive. Easy drive into Historic Beaufort. We will be back!

We absolutely loved our stay here! Allison answered any questions we had. The house had so many things to make it a comfortable stay. We loved having a pool at the house for our five month old, and the beach toys they had in the downstairs living space was much appreciated. We would definitely stay here again!

Almost Frippin Heaven was absolutely beautiful in every aspect! It felt like home from the first moment we arrived. Fripp Island is also simply beautiful and stress will not find you! It was a perfect vacation place for our family! Can’t wait to return!

Wonderfully decorated house in a quiet area looking at the wide open marsh. Our family of five (us and our three adult sons) couldn't have asked for a better place to spend a few days together. The included golf card made it supper easy to get to any of the beaches on the island. Looking at the sunset over the march from the porch was priceless and the eclectic artsy decorative theme was a constant source of joy. Highly recommended.

We had a great stay for my son’s U.S. Marine Corps Graduation. The dock and water view is gorgeous. The sun rising over the water was beautiful. The host is very responsive and went above and beyond to make our stay nice. I would recommend this properly.

This was a perfect fit for our family’s Thanksgiving gathering. The two dinner tables were just what we needed! It is an immaculate, well-kept home stocked with all the comforts you need. Even nicer than the pictures, frankly. My 81-year-old mom and my wife are both Air BnB skeptics and both said this place made them rethink their preference for hotels — now that’s an achievement lol! Not a great beach for swimming but a really pretty spot for relaxing..left us nice toiletries..had everything we needed to cook all of our meals..bring swim shoes..get up early for the awesome sunrise 😊

Such an amazing stay! Kristie is incredibly helpful and has a beautiful property. We loved the private balcony, it was perfect for pictures. It’s a great location from local restaurants and activities. Highly recommend!

Tom’s place was perfect! It was clean, comfortable, and had an amazing view to wake up to each morning! Tom was extremely helpful with giving me a place to store my bike out of the elements and making it easily available when I wanted to go for a ride.

This condo was wonderful, and the location was great! It was walkable to the beach, but after a long day in the sun, the walk back felt exhausting. We really appreciated having access to the wagon and beach chairs—they made our beach trips so much easier!

This was our first visit to Hilton Head. We’ve been to Charleston and other places in the general low-country region, but never to HHI. The Spa was the perfect spot with serene scenery that included a private natural beach which we had never experienced. It was the most peaceful, quiet, and least crowded we have ever experienced at the beach. The location was close to everything and the condo was perfect. The price was reasonable compared to other locations and met our needs exceptionally well. It is clean and the host clearly takes pride in their property which is seen with how it is managed. Furthermore, the host is quick to respond when needed. Would stay again if and/or when back in the area.

Our second time here, still our favorite Airbnb! We know the location and still find new restaurants to try, love the feel of the water, the quiet nights, and the privacy. Great host! The place is always clean. Easy to access, and makes useful equipment easy to locate. We will always push to come here!

This place was great, exactly what our family needed for our stay at the beach! Erik was responsive and proactive and made sure we had everything we needed. The beach amenitites were a huge plus. The condo is in a great, private location. Would highly recommend!

Great place a for a quick getaway with my wife. Easy 5 min walk to the beach from the room. Place was nice and really well taken care of. Host was responsive and very nice. We will most definitely return!

We loved our stay here, it’s a great location on the beach, we like this area of the island as it doesn’t seem as crowded. The resort is nice and has different activities going on, we love having the poolside bar area and ice cream stand right there. The place itself was nice, clean, made good use of space. Kids loved the hall bunks. Very easy to check in and out.

Had a fabulous stay at Mike and Rachel’s home. Love the location, especially that it was on the beach especially since we have children. The unit was spacious, clean and just as described. Had plenty of games and TVs in all rooms for watching shows or movies. Parking was very convenient and fit our mid size suv under the covered garage area right by elevator to our unit. This is our second time at this condo and we will be back! It’s absolutely perfect for our family. We love the chill atmosphere of the condo community, the pools, and the shady paths. The beach area is quiet and relaxed, but it’s not that open ocean vibe (fine for us). We had a great time walking way out at low tide. My kids are completely obsessed with the pool.

This place is absolutely beautiful, so clean and the host is amazing. We saw so many dolphins. We did not like the flying palmetto bugs but it's the south so they are part of the experience.

Great location. Within walking distance for everything you need to have a good trip. The hosts are nice and are quick to answer any questions you have. The space is clean and is perfect for a couples get away

Highly recommend this place to stay. Location is perfect. Views are gorgeous. We will definitely be staying here for our yearly trip to HH. Walk to beach took like 2 minutes. Pool is right outside the back. Restaurants right down the road. Book this place if you are looking!!!
