My wife Lollo and I welcome you to our newly renovated cottage from 1870, located in a well-preserved and beautiful turn-of-the-century environment. Here you can relax and enjoy - quiet location. You will have access to our private homeland park with barbecues and swing. Nice forest to hike or bike in. The cottage has brand new kitchen and bathroom. Wifi is available. On the plot is also an 18th century house you can look into. It is 12 minutes into Nybro and 8 minutes to Orrefors with Orranäs glass cabin and swimming lake.

Cottage with lake property and its own beach and dock. 3 bedrooms, 1 room with a double bed, 2 rooms each with a bunk bed, as well as a sofa bed for 2 people in the TV room. Shower and toilet with own well and water heater. Note, there is no washing machine. The guest guest will bring their own linens and towels. Access to the hot bath (39 degrees) all year round with circulation for cleaning. A rowing boat is included, bring your own life jackets. The cabin is smoke-free and pet-free! The house is about 100 m2 on two floors and is located a stone's throw from a larger farm building in the middle of the countryside in the Småland forests. You can get to Kalmar and Öland in 30-60 minutes and to Nybro to shop in ten. There are duvets, a wood-fired fireplace, a sauna in the forest and Doris the cat is happy to stay with you if you want to have company.

Boendet med 3 st separata sovrum är även mycket lämpligt när man arbetar i trakten. På baksidan finns det en altan med en gräsmatta i anslutning vilket gör boendet mycket barnvänligt. 200m från Villan finns det badplats, lekplats och en multiarena. Boendet är mycket tryggt och barnvänligt.

Köket har ett vikparti, som går att dra helt åt sidan, stor öppning ut till altanen. Plan 1 - kök, tv rum, badrum. Plan 2 -Vardagsrum med öppen spis, balkong, 3 sovrum. Wifi, apple tv.

Den historiska stugan från 1800-talet restaurerades omfattande och utökades med en modern tillbyggnad.
