New single-story apartment, Cocooning, fully equipped with large outdoor area and brand new private heated jacuzzi. Ideally located 400 meters from the beach and the center of La Baule: Marché. Everything is within walking distance: beaches, restaurants, bars, nightclub. 900 m from the train station. The accommodation consists of an equipped kitchen in the main room with 2-seater sofa bed, bedroom and bathroom. Wi-Fi, TV, dishwasher, ovens etc... This accommodation is non-smoking.

There are two beds: A pull-out bed in single bed 90 x 200 and double bed position 180 x 200 One double bed 160 x 200 PLEASE NOTE: extra linens and towels!

If you want to discover our region, this house is ideally located, close to the main roads Nantes/St Nazaire and Nantes/Vannes. 35 km from Nantes Atlantique Airport, the SNCF train station is a 15-minute walk away, the city center, cinema and shopping area are also within walking distance. Discover Nantes and the machines of the island, Le Croisic and the wild coast, Guérande and the salt marshes, St Marc and the beach of Mr Hulot… For hikers: the GR 3 passes near the house!

In the Sebastiennais garden

Our independent house annex is set in the greened surroundings of our back garden. It is a small but well-equipped studio, and contains a kitchen and bathroom. You will have shared access to the annex from the gate to the main house, and then walk along the garden to get to your own private space. St-Sébastien-sur-Loire is right next to Nantes. Bus and tram services will get you to the centre of Nantes in about 20 minutes. It is a 15-minute cycle ride, or a 40-minute walk.

Independent accommodation, adjoining our house, fully equipped with small kitchen and living area independent of the bedroom as well as a bathroom (see my accommodation section for more information). The apartment is located in the picturesque area of Chantenay/Sainte Anne, known for its historic character, quality shops and village vibe. Nestled at the end of a small courtyard, it evokes the charm of Italian courtyards and southern coastal towns. Carefully decorated in tones of sapphire blue and old pink, it offers a pleasant and soothing setting. Parking is free in the neighborhood and tram line 1 is a 15 minute walk.

Bed and breakfast, independent of the main house, with a small courtyard (pedestal table, chair, deckchair), just 300 m from the beach and the Bois des Eloux, comprising a room with a 160 bed, TV, a kitchenette with 2-ring stove, microwave, Tassimo coffee maker, toaster, kettle, fridge, shower room, toilet. Two bikes available. Small pets accepted possibility, a child on an extra mattress €10 extra on arrival.
