Ideally located in the heart of the Pays de Retz region, near the Canal de la Martinière, on the Loire à Vélo and Vélodyssée routes, and close to the ocean. All shops are within walking distance. Perfect for a relaxing nature stay with family or friends, with numerous activities nearby: canoeing, treetop adventure courses, paintball, water skiing, animal parks, and nature walks. A change of scenery guaranteed.

Entire studio 25 m2 – independent access

On the ground floor of our house, a studio of about 25 m2 in perfect condition and fully equipped with bed linen and towels. Parking is available in the driveway and access is via the terrace that goes with the studio. Note: our exteriors (garden) are still a bit of a work in progress. 5 minutes from the Super U and close to the RN165 (Nantes or St Nazaire). 15 min drive to Nantes. No baths please, only showers. We welcome you in a small house of 40 m2 in front of ours (separated by a terrace of 8 to 10 m). You will stay in a large room comfortably furnished, overlooking a terrace at your disposal (we do not use it when you are present, excluding cleaning/watering), with sleeping on mezzanine. Shower room, sink and separate toilet. The electric heater is completed by a wood stove (wood provided) .
