U Massimo czuliśmy się jak w domu. Wszystko bylo takie jak powinno a nawet lepiej. Dom był duży, przestronny i bardzo czysty. Idealny dla naszej czteroosobowej rodziny plus psa. Miejsce jest położone zdala od zabudowań, więc można było odpocząć w spokoju. Ogród był duży idealny do spędzania czasu na świeżym powietrzu i do tego duży i czysty basen w którym można było się schłodzić w upalne dni. Kontak z Massimo był bez zastrzeżeń. Zawsze odpisywał w ciągu kilku minut i jak coś potrzebowaliśmy zawsze był do dyspozycji. W kuchni były podstawowe produkty spożywcze aby po długiej drodze zrobić sobie kawę i coś zjeść. Do tego dostaliśmy przepyszne wino, i jak tylko brakło zawsze przywoził nowe. W ostatni dzień na śniadanie dostaliśmy pyszne rogaliki. Bardzo polecam ten dom. Wszystko bylo idealne. I mamy nadzieję że jeszcze tam wrócimy.

Una settimana da sogno nelle Marche con tutta la tribù: cugini, sorelle, genitori, cane e la suocera (sì, anche lei). La villa? Un paradiso. Piscina top, idromassaggio terapeutico (anche per i nervi), BBQ da grigliatori seriali. Stefano e Alessandro: da 10 e lode, sempre presenti ma mai invadenti. Panorama da cartolina, comfort ovunque. Ci siamo rilassati, divertiti e... ingrassati. Ci torneremmo domani. Anzi, ci trasferiremmo.

Pure Erholung im Olivenhain! Wir haben einen sehr erholsamen, traumhaft schönen Urlaub in der Villa Claudia verbracht. Die Villa liegt umgeben von Olivenbäumen, einem Feigenbaum und weiteren Obstbäume als auch Agaven, erhöht, wodurch man einen tollen Blick auf die Landschaft hat, inmitten der Natur und sehr privat (nachts ist dies etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig - vor allem als Stadtmensch - da man tatsächlich keine Nachbarn hat, sondern nur Natur). Mit dem Auto erreicht man innerhalb weniger Minuten die Ortschaft San Lorenzo in Campo, in der es verschiedene kleinere Supermärkte als auch Cafés gibt. Der Salzwasser-Pool, den wir jeden Tag zum Schwimmen und Abkühlen nutzten, war unser Highlight. Die Villa ist eigentlich ein rustikales Landhäuschen mit allem, was dazu gehört. Die gesamte Villa war super sauber und sehr gut ausgestattet. Im Obergeschoss gab es Klimaanlagen in allen Schlafzimmern, aber nicht im Untergeschoss bzw. Wohnzimmer, Küche, ...(dort stand ein Ventilator zur Verfügung).

Die Unterkunft war super ausgestattet und sehr sauber. Die Lage auf einer kleinen Anhöhe ist ein Traum, Sonnenuntergang inklusive. Martina ist eine sehr aufmerksame Gastgeberin!

We hebben een heel fijne familie vakantie gehad. Het huis is leuk, maar vooral de tuin is heerlijk. Het uitzicht is super. Dichtbij leuke dorpjes. Het contact met Fabio is erg fijn. Wij kwamen rond middernacht aan en werden persoonlijk ontvangen, kregen een rondleiding en uitleg over het huis en de omgeving. Gedurende de week meerdere keren contact gehad. Verliep heel fijn. Zeker een aanrader om naartoe te gaan en een leuke tijd te hebben met familie of vrienden!

What a beautiful little space in the Italian countryside. I am so sad we could not stay longer. We had a wonderful welcome and our stay far exceed our expectations. Our host helped us book dinners every night in local restaurants and we loved the proximity to San Marino and nearby wineries.

Wunderschönes, ruhig gelegenes, großzügiges Haus mit super netten Gastgebern! Die beiden sind einfach genial und super freundlich!! Der Pool ist top und man hat richtig viel Platz! Lediglich die vielen Stechmücken sind etwas lästig...

Appartamento perfetto, ristrutturato di recente e con arredamento e gusto moderno. La cucina è completa di tutto il necessario, oltre agli accessori anche olio sale e cialde caffe. Condizionatori presenti sia in zona giorno, spaziosissima e con divano letto comodissimo, sia in camera matrimoniale, altrettanto spaziosa. I proprietari sono persone squisite, sempre disponibili e pieni di attenzioni per rendere il soggiorno perfetto. Una nota di merito ai muffin di Cristina che ci ha fatto trovare per la nostra prima colazione, una delizia. Chicca finale il giardino, curato e rigoglioso, molto arieggiato e fresco che ci ha permesso di rilassarci fuori anche nelle ore piu calde della giornata.

Bel rustico immerso nelle verdi colline vicino Urbino. Ideale per visitare la città e i dintorni. Mara è stata estremamente gentile e amichevole. Il posto perfetto anti stress per chi cerca un soggiorno nella tranquillità e nella pace.

Wir waren 3 Wochen in diesem traumhaft gelegenen Haus. Auf der Terasse liegen und den Vögeln zuhören, Wanderungen in das angrenzende Naturschutzgebiet einfach unglaublich schön. Und wer Leben und Städte mag ist in Pesaro, Urbino, Rimini etc wirklich bestens aufgehoben. Der nahegelegene Hausstrand ist ruhig und ideal. Das Haus ist einfach und funktional eingerichtet eben ein Landhaus. Also wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen. Ganz lieben Dank für die sehr liebe Betreuung.

We are traveling with a 3 year old kid and were looking for a nice place for the whole family to stay in Fano for a week. Stefano made our stay here just great! Stefano was very helpful during check-in and check-out time, he met us for an early check-in and was super flexible with the late checkout as well. This was very convenient for us and much appreciated! Location is great- an easy walk to the beach (where Stefano have arranged sunbeds and umbrellas for all of us), and a short walk to the downtown too! the place has parking space for the car, and includes breakfast options, which we used daily. Overall it was a beautiful experience, our family gad a great time here!

Our stay at Jean Philippe's apartment was great, the apartment was very clean and charming and the kitchen had all basic tools and even some basic ingredients for cooking. The location was very central in the village and there were parking options nearby. Jean Philipe was very friendly, very responsive at all times and showed great hospitality. We'd love to come again!

Das Haus von Giovanna eignet sich sehr gut, wenn man die Gegend von Rimini entdecken - aber nicht direkt am Strand wohnen will. Man ist schnell auf der Autobahn, aber wohnt doch in einem relativ ruhigen Ort. Es gibt einen netten Ortskern mit Cafe und Eissalon - und im Nebenort Cattolica ca 5 Minuten entfernt tolle Supermärkte. Das Haus ist offenkundig erst vor kurzem komplett renoviert worden - und daher sehr modern und stilsicher ausgestattet. Alles, was man so braucht, ist vorhanden - man muss also nicht den kompletten Haushalt mitschleppen. Der Kontakt mit Giovanna verlief direkt, freundlich und reibungslos, man bekommt schon im voraus klare und anschauliche Anleitungen, alles ist so wie beschrieben. Wir sind nach ein paar Tagen wieder abgereist mit dem Gefühl, alles richtig entschieden zu haben. Wenn sich die Gelegenheit ergibt, werden wir sehr gerne wiederkommen.

Nuestra experiencia en el alojamiento de Grazia fue excepcional. La casa es preciosa, totalmente refaccionada a nuevo con muy buen gusto, funcionalidad y detalles cuidados. Todo estaba absolutamente impecable y ordenado. Los baños son muy cómodos. Las habitaciones amplias y luminosas, pero a su vez adecuadamente preparadas con persianas y cortinas black out para descansar sin interferencia de la luz exterior. Los cristales insonorizan perfectamente el ruido de la calle. El wifi funciona perfecto. La cocina está muy bien equipada, no le falta nada. El barrio es precioso, con muchas opciones gastronómicas, pero a su vez tranquilo. Hay un parking de pago (gratis de 20 a 8 hs y los domingos) a 300 metros del apartamento, y también está permitido aparcar en algunos sitios en la calle sin costo. Además, hay un supermercado a 700 metros. Y por sobre todo, quiero destacar la calidez y cordialidad tanto de Grazia como de su hijo Michelangelo. Realmente hacen la diferencia! 100% recomendable!

Fabio and Alessandra were amazing hosts. Their property is one of the best I have stayed at. They were so flexible with everything and catered for all needs. The house is amazing, and was just like the pictures shown but more impressive in real life. The welcome gift and food staples were so generous from them and really was a home away from home. We used the jacuzzi every day of our stay and it was a great way to start the new year. Plus when we accidentally left the keys in the house, they were so helpful to come let us back inside. If you are ever considering staying near Pesaro or Rimini, and have a car, this location is an excellent choice. Thank you again for the stay.

Il nostro soggiorno qui è stato fantastico! Casa moderna,spaziosa,pulitissima e dotata di tutti i comfort: lavatrice,asciugatrice,lavastoviglie,microonde,macchinetta del caffè,aria condizionata in tutte le stanze,sauna e bagno turco… Anche lo spazio esterno è un sogno!!! Una grande piscina dove nuotare,lettini per rilassarsi al sole, barbecue per grigliare e tavolo da Ping pong per divertirsi con gli amici… Insomma… non manca proprio nulla qui!! Anche la zona è strategica: Se non si ha voglia di spostare la macchina a pochi minuti a piedi c’è un supermercato, un bar/ pasticceria dove far colazione e ottimi ristoranti dove cenare!! Per chi cerca un po’ di divertimento bastano 15/20 minuti di auto per raggiungere Rimini e Riccione… Direi il luogo perfetto per le vacanze!!! Davide è un ragazzo estremamente cordiale e disponibile! Un Host perfetto! Che dire… diamo 5 stelle ma ne vorremmo dare almeno 10!!! Torneremo sicuramente!!!

Wir waren schon zum zweiten Mal dort und haben es wieder sehr genossen! Es ist so ein wunderschöner, ruhiger Ort zum entspannen. Wir haben uns wie zuhause gefühlt und werden wieder kommen 😊

Wij zaten in de suite aan het pleintje. Waanzinnige kamer met een fijn bed en een werkelijk fenomenaal uitzicht op de heuvels en het museumpje (kerkje?). Je kunt je auto voor laden en lossen vrij dichtbij parkeren en daarna eenvoudig parkeren. De suite is uiterst sfeervol ingericht, tafeltje met twee krukjes. Leuke bank en een klein koffiehoekje. De slaapkamer boven is heel knus en gezellig. Let wel op de balken en het plafond boven, als je iets langer dan gemiddeld bent stoot je makkelijk je hoofd. Op het pleintje onder ons was een gezellig terrasje en kon je kleine hapjes bestellen. (voor Italiaanse begrippen wel aan de prijs). In het weekend kun je er ‘s morgens ontbijten. Ben je met zijn tweeën en op zoek naar hét plekje…? Gevonden!

Casa come da descrizione e foto, siamo stati benissimo. Gli spazi sono ampi, c’è tutto l’indispensabile per una vacanza di più giorni. Con le biciclette in dotazione si può raggiungere il mare in pochi minuti. Lo consiglio a chi ha bambini piccoli ! La famiglia che ospita è sempre pronta ad aiutare in caso di bisogno…

Beautiful stay in a beautiful country home. My college aged daughter got a 5 week internship at an operhouse in Novafeltria (25 minutes from the property), and we planned a family vacation for after job ended. We stayed at this property for 4 nights, and we couldn't have picked a better place. The grounds were so peaceful, and the pool was perfect in the evenings after a day's worth of activities. The house was immaculate. Kitchen was very well outfitted, and Carlotta even included a few breakfast items and a cake. Beds and linens were super comfortable, and the AC in each bedroom was effective and welcome. Ravenna is about an hour away, and the beach in Rimini is just a half hour from the house as well. We rented a car in Bologna and drove in to this property, and it was very easy to get around and to the beaches and towns. Thank you Carlotta, for sharing such a beautiful place.

Un bellissimo appartamentino dentro le mura di Gradara .location suggestiva e molta tranquillità ma con possibilità di avere a portata di mano buon cibo e panorami veramente belli . . E il mare a meno di 10 minuti in macchina. Esperienza da fare .grazie Davide

The flat is great and the location is simply top. Everything is just like on the photos. The kitchen has everything needed for cooling and a solid stock of coffee. The small garden is great for kids to run about. The bicycles are nice and working but not for smaller kids unfortunately. Well, you can't have absolutely everything) Rather difficult to find a free parking spot nearby, but the paid one is easy to find and not too expensive. All in all we are very happy with our stay. The price is just right too. Highly recommended!
