The apartment is on 3 floors, has 2 bedrooms with two double beds (both with air conditioning) and overlooking the sea,and 2 single beds on a mezzanine (with fan). IMPORTANT INFORMATION: THERE ISN’T WI-FI!!! Excellent position close to Naples (40 km) and Pozzuoli. Both cities are linked by ferry with Ischia, Procida and Capri. The gulf of Gaeta is only 30 min by car. The house, completely independent, is 50 sqm large and has a unique view in front of the sea, and a huge garden of mediterranean vegetation. The house is well illuminated and comfortable, with classy finishes. Is also possible to reach the beach that is 500m far from the house!

Living Sperlonga

Living Sperlonga is a beautiful house with direct access to the sea, located on one of the most beautiful beaches of Sperlonga. We are in via salette where a private access with an avenue of about 70 meters leads to the house by the sea. The house is 90 sqm with large outdoor space and garden and consists of: large living room, kitchen, three bedrooms and two bathrooms, one outside. There are also sun loungers and umbrellas to fully enjoy the sea in Sperlonga.
