Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt bei Andrea! Von dem Moment an, als wir ankamen, fühlten wir uns sofort wie zu Hause. Das Airbnb ist nicht nur wunderschön gelegen, sondern bietet auch reichlich Platz, um sich zu entspannen und die Umgebung zu genießen. Es war makellos sauber und hervorragend ausgestattet, was unseren Aufenthalt sehr angenehm machte. Ein besonderes Highlight war die Grillstelle mit Pizzaofen – ein echtes Paradies für Kochfans und ein tolles Erlebnis, das wir sehr genossen haben. Die Nähe zum Meer war ein weiterer Pluspunkt; es sind nur wenige Minuten zu den herrlichen Klippen und dem erfrischenden Wasser. Andrea war ein großartiger Gastgeber, und wir freuen uns schon darauf, bald wiederzukommen. Vielen Dank für die wunderbare Zeit!

We hebben een heerlijke midweek gehad in deze prachtige vakantiewoning in Formia. Het huis is mooi en ligt in een schitterende tuin vol olijf- en citrusbomen, waar op een natuurlijke manier gebruik is gemaakt van materialen zoals rotsen – echt een sfeervolle plek om te verblijven. Het contact met de verhuurder Diego verliep heel soepel; hij reageerde steeds snel op onze vragen. Bij aankomst werden we hartelijk ontvangen door zijn ouders, wat ons meteen welkom liet voelen. Hoewel het zwembad nog niet gevuld was (zoals vooraf aangegeven), was het met het mooie weer wel even jammer dat we er geen gebruik van konden maken – dat had het verblijf helemaal perfect gemaakt. De omgeving biedt veel mogelijkheden voor uitstapjes en activiteiten. Kortom: een heerlijke plek voor wie houdt van natuur, rust en Italiaanse charme!

Via een heel steil, smal weggetje bereikte we het huis. Wat een geweldige plek! Mooi appartement met alles erop en eraan. Prachtige tuin. Oké, de douche is krap, maar dat gaat prima. En Vincenzo doet alles om ons verblijf aangenaam te maken. Binnen 10 minuten zitten we in Gaeta. En het minder toeristische Formia heeft ook een verrassend mooi oud centrumpje. We hebben 3 heerlijke dagen gehad.

Irene was a perfect host. Greeted us when we got there, filled the fridge with some drinks, and had small breakfast snacks on the table. Place was exactly how she described and she was very easy to get in touch with.

Dopo un primo di adattamento (non ci aspettavamo una disposizione della struttura su tre livelli), ci siamo trovati molto bene e a nostro agio. Chiaramente la struttura non è adatta a chi ha disabilità motorie o difficoltà di deambulazione, ma il cenare la sera sul terrazzino è davvero un'esperienza molto gratificante. La posizione è nel cuore della Gaeta portuale ed è, quindi, molto caratteristica.

Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Woche in der ultra schönen Wohnung. Die Wohnung ist liebevoll eingerichtet und hat alles für eine ruhige Auszeit. Das Dorf ist wunderschön und es gibt ein leckeres Restaurant, einen kleinen Einkaufsladen und eine tolle Bar.

We really enjoyed our stay at Emina’s house. Drinking espresso’s in the morning in the gardens with amazing view, cooking in the excellent equipped kitchen, evenings by the fire place. And the surroundings with al few beautiful beaches at 15 min drive and historical towns nearby made our holiday with kids a lot of fun. We would definitely recommend!

A hidden gem in a peaceful and private setting. Close to everything and only 5 minutes to local square and downhill walk to beach. Clean and great amenities. Air-con available although the apartment was lovely and cool and did not have to use the AirCon much. Great for a couple. Thank you :)

Ottimo appartamento a San Felice, molto vicino al centro e comodissimo anche per la presenza del parcheggio. Un plus per la possibilità di portare animali domestici. Fantastica comunicazione e check in comodissimo! Lo risceglierei e consiglierei senz’altro.

Staying with Assunta pleasantly surprised us, the town is charming, there is a lot to see, a beautiful beach is nearby, a good starting point. I recommend it to everyone!!!

We had the pleasure of staying at this beautiful apartment during a conference trip with our group of four, and it exceeded all our expectations. The location is absolutely perfect—nestled in the heart of the Old Town, we were within walking distance of all major attractions, yet the neighborhood was peaceful and charming. The highlight of our stay was undoubtedly the stunning sea view from the apartment. Waking up to the serene sights of the water each morning was a delightful experience. The apartment itself is spacious, clean, and well-equipped, providing all the comforts we needed after long days at the conference. Communication with our host, Giulio, was seamless. He was incredibly responsive and accommodating, ensuring our check-in and stay were smooth and enjoyable. Overall, this apartment provided the perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and beauty. We highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area and would gladly stay here again on our next trip.

There was good communication throughout with Marco, he met us at check in . This was an excellent location, a quiet neighbourhood, very near to shops, restaurants and an easy walk to the wonderful beach. We swam in March ! also, there is a great local market on Weds. This is a huge, stylish and modern flat with lots of space and 4 balconies. There is everything you could possibly want in the kitchen. We had a dinner party for 8, including Italian friends, and it was easy. We would highly rate this accommodation.

Annalisa was a fantastic and kind host. Pre trip because I had to work some days whilst staying at the apartment Annalisa helped confirm WIFI speeds. The WIFI was actually faster than expected on arrival and I had no problem working for many hours remotely. Upon arrival I was greeted by her and was allowed to check in a little earlier. The apartment is exactly as shown, is easy to reach with ample parking. The apartment is fresh, clean ideal to use as a base to experience Scauri, Minturno and the surrounding areas. There is plenty of options for food and many shops near by for groceries and a pharmacy. If I had any questions Annalisa was immediately available on chat to answer. The host lives above the apartment and also lists a slightly larger apartment on the floor next to this one. This is an excellent spot for the center of town with a great Lido five minutes walk from the apartment. I would not hesitate to stay here again if i visit the town. Thank you for hosting so well

Una vacanza incantevole. Accolti da Stella nella sua bellissima casa, ci siamo subito sentiti a casa nostra, come se ci conoscessimo da sempre. Il cesto dei prodotti di Tony come benvenuto è di una bontà commovente, sapori autentici. Grazie per i consigli, la guida di Stella per il borgo di Sperlonga ci ha arricchiti e resi orgogliosi nel presentarci non come ospiti ma bensì come amici importanti. La bellissima e ampia casa è immersa nel verde e gode della meravigliosa vista del lago e del mare, una autentica oasi di riposo. La posizione è super consigliata per una vacanza sia culturale alla scoperta della Costa di Ulisse che per il bellissimo mare e le meravigliose spiagge di Sperlonga. Una nota particolare va al comodissimo letto e divani, il nostro corpo ne ha gioito! Grazie ancora alla super host Stella, consigliatissimo soggiorno. P.S.: i pomodori, i cetrioli e il rinomato sedano dell'azienda agricola di Tony hanno avuto un successo strepitoso. Arrivederci, Antonello & Gino.

A palavra "sensacional" não consegue descrever com precisão a Giosy, a mãe dela (Sra Assenta) e o seu apartamento! Ele é maravilhoso, um charme com ar "vintage", você se sente nos anos 1950! Tudo limpo, tudo charmoso, um banho quente, delicioso, um WI-FI muito bom e uma vista esplendorosa da região de Minturno! A Giuseppina é fantástica como anfitriã e não deixou passar nenhum detalhe! Um dos melhores AirBnb que já fiquei!! Aproveite para conhecer bem a região. Tem muito coisa para fazer! Nota 1000! Super recomendo!!

Il soggiorno è molto privato e spazioso, è veramente consigliabile, se dovessi tornare a Gaeta tornerei a prendere questo Airbnb, farebbero anche molto piacere se ci sono i tappetini per il bagno e un po di sapone. Tutto il resto è molto bello

La casa è molto carina, dotata di mobili e elettrodomestici nuovi. Abbiamo soggiornato in 3 (due adulti e una bambina piccola che ha dormito sul comodo divano letto). Molto buona la posizione a solo 5 minuti a piedi dal mare dove sono presenti molti stabilimenti balneari, ottimi soprattutto se si viaggia con bimbi piccoli come nel nostro caso.

Sejurul nostru la Leterra Luxury Apartment a fost absolut minunat! Apartamentul este exact ca în poze – elegant, curat și foarte bine echipat. Ce ne-a impresionat cel mai mult a fost terasa spațioasă, cu o priveliște superbă către mare – locul perfect pentru cafeaua de dimineață sau pentru a te relaxa seara. Locația este ideală: aproape de plajă, dar suficient de retrasă pentru a te bucura de liniște. Gazda a fost foarte amabilă și comunicativă, iar totul a decurs impecabil de la check-in până la plecare. Ne-am simțit extraordinar și vom reveni cu drag. Recomand din tot sufletul!

L'alloggio era come descritto molto centrale, ci si muove tranquillamente a piedi avendo tutto a disposizione nelle vicinanze. Cortesia e disponibilità sono tratti caratteristici di Ivana. Grazie e lo spettacolo delle luminarie è stato fantastico.

We had a great stay at Fabiana’s wonderful apartment. The location in old town and directly overlooking the ruins was amazing. The walk to the beach was super easy, 15 minutes. The apartment itself was super clean and well equipped. Also had very comfortable beds. Fabiana was friendly, flexible, and very quick to respond to any questions we had. We highly recommend this place!

Kjempefin og stor leilighet plassert i porten til gamlebyen. Leiligheten har en flott takterrasse med kjempeutsikt til alle kanter, som vi benyttet mye. Kort avstand til restauranter og kaféer i den nydelige gamlebyen. Bente svarte raskt og var veldig behjelpelig og imøtekommende. Vi kan absolutt anbefale stedet og kommer gjerne tilbake😊.
