We had a wonderful stay at Andrea's place! From the moment we arrived, we felt right at home. The Airbnb is not only beautifully located, but also offers plenty of space to relax and enjoy the surroundings. It was spotlessly clean and superbly equipped, which made our stay very pleasant. A special highlight was the barbecue area with pizza oven – a real paradise for cooking fans and a great experience that we enjoyed very much. The proximity to the sea was another plus; it is only a few minutes to the magnificent cliffs and refreshing water. Andrea was a great host, and we look forward to coming back soon. Thank you so much for the wonderful time!

We had a wonderful midweek in this beautiful holiday home in Formia. The house is beautiful and is located in a beautiful garden full of olive and citrus trees, where materials such as rocks have been used in a natural way – really an atmospheric place to stay. Contact with the host Diego was very smooth; he always responded quickly to our questions. Upon arrival we were warmly welcomed by his parents, which immediately made us feel welcome. Although the pool was not yet filled (as indicated in advance), it was a pity with the beautiful weather that we could not use it – that had made the stay completely perfect. The surrounding area offers many possibilities for excursions and activities. In short: a wonderful place for those who love nature, peace and Italian charm!

Through a very steep, narrow road we reached the house. What an amazing place! Beautiful apartment with everything you need. Beautiful garden. Okay, the shower is tight, but that's fine. And Vincenzo goes above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. Within 10 minutes we are in Gaeta. And the less touristy Formia also has a surprisingly beautiful old center. We had 3 wonderful days.

Irene was a perfect host. Greeted us when we got there, filled the fridge with some drinks, and had small breakfast snacks on the table. Place was exactly how she described and she was very easy to get in touch with.

After an initial adjustment (we didn't expect a three-level layout), we felt very comfortable and at ease. Clearly, the structure is not suitable for those with motor disabilities or walking difficulties, but dining in the evening on the terrace is truly a very rewarding experience. The location is in the heart of the Gaeta port and is, therefore, very characteristic.

We had a wonderful week in the ultra beautiful apartment. The apartment is lovingly furnished and has everything for a quiet break. The village is beautiful and there is a delicious restaurant, a small shop and a great bar.

We really enjoyed our stay at Emina’s house. Drinking espresso’s in the morning in the gardens with amazing view, cooking in the excellent equipped kitchen, evenings by the fire place. And the surroundings with al few beautiful beaches at 15 min drive and historical towns nearby made our holiday with kids a lot of fun. We would definitely recommend!

A hidden gem in a peaceful and private setting. Close to everything and only 5 minutes to local square and downhill walk to beach. Clean and great amenities. Air-con available although the apartment was lovely and cool and did not have to use the AirCon much. Great for a couple. Thank you :)

Staying with Assunta pleasantly surprised us, the town is charming, there is a lot to see, a beautiful beach is nearby, a good starting point. I recommend it to everyone!!!

We had the pleasure of staying at this beautiful apartment during a conference trip with our group of four, and it exceeded all our expectations. The location is absolutely perfect—nestled in the heart of the Old Town, we were within walking distance of all major attractions, yet the neighborhood was peaceful and charming. The highlight of our stay was undoubtedly the stunning sea view from the apartment. Waking up to the serene sights of the water each morning was a delightful experience. The apartment itself is spacious, clean, and well-equipped, providing all the comforts we needed after long days at the conference. Communication with our host, Giulio, was seamless. He was incredibly responsive and accommodating, ensuring our check-in and stay were smooth and enjoyable. Overall, this apartment provided the perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and beauty. We highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area and would gladly stay here again on our next trip.

There was good communication throughout with Marco, he met us at check in . This was an excellent location, a quiet neighbourhood, very near to shops, restaurants and an easy walk to the wonderful beach. We swam in March ! also, there is a great local market on Weds. This is a huge, stylish and modern flat with lots of space and 4 balconies. There is everything you could possibly want in the kitchen. We had a dinner party for 8, including Italian friends, and it was easy. We would highly rate this accommodation.

Annalisa was a fantastic and kind host. Pre trip because I had to work some days whilst staying at the apartment Annalisa helped confirm WIFI speeds. The WIFI was actually faster than expected on arrival and I had no problem working for many hours remotely. Upon arrival I was greeted by her and was allowed to check in a little earlier. The apartment is exactly as shown, is easy to reach with ample parking. The apartment is fresh, clean ideal to use as a base to experience Scauri, Minturno and the surrounding areas. There is plenty of options for food and many shops near by for groceries and a pharmacy. If I had any questions Annalisa was immediately available on chat to answer. The host lives above the apartment and also lists a slightly larger apartment on the floor next to this one. This is an excellent spot for the center of town with a great Lido five minutes walk from the apartment. I would not hesitate to stay here again if i visit the town. Thank you for hosting so well

A lovely vacation. Welcomed by Stella in her beautiful home, we immediately felt at home, as if we had known each other forever. Tony's welcome basket is a delightful treat, filled with authentic flavors. Thanks for the advice, Stella's guide to the village of Sperlonga enriched us and made us proud to present ourselves not as guests but as important friends. The beautiful and spacious house is surrounded by greenery and enjoys the wonderful view of the lake and the sea, an authentic oasis of rest. The location is highly recommended for a cultural holiday to discover the Ulysses Coast and for the beautiful sea and wonderful beaches of Sperlonga. A special note goes to the very comfortable bed and sofas, our body rejoiced! Thanks again to the super host Stella, highly recommended stay. The word "sensational" cannot accurately describe Giosy, her mother (Mrs. Assenta) and her apartment! It is wonderful, a charm with "vintage" air, you feel in the 1950s! All clear, all charming, a hot, delicious bath, a very good WI-FI and a splendid view of the region of Minturno! Giuseppina is fantastic as a host and did not miss any details! One of the best AirBnb I've ever stayed in!! Enjoy to know the region well. There's a lot to do! Note 1000! Super recommend!!

Its a great place!! Super clean and centrally located. Fantastic kitchen, although you may need to bring some ingredients!

The house is very nice, equipped with new furniture and appliances. We stayed in 3 (two adults and a small child who slept on the comfortable sofa bed). The location is very good, just a 5-minute walk from the sea where there are many bathing establishments, excellent especially if you are traveling with small children as in our case.

Our stay at Leterra Luxury Apartment was absolutely beautiful! The apartment is exactly like the pictures – stylish, clean and very well equipped. What impressed us most was the spacious terrace with a gorgeous view to the sea – the perfect place for morning coffee or to relax in the evening. The location is ideal: close to the beach, but secluded enough to enjoy the tranquility. The host was very kind and communicative, and everything went flawlessly from check-in to departure. We had a great time and will be back with love. I highly recommend!

We had a great stay at Fabiana’s wonderful apartment. The location in old town and directly overlooking the ruins was amazing. The walk to the beach was super easy, 15 minutes. The apartment itself was super clean and well equipped. Also had very comfortable beds. Fabiana was friendly, flexible, and very quick to respond to any questions we had. We highly recommend this place!

Beautiful and large apartment located at the entrance to the old town. The apartment has a great roof terrace with great views to all sides, which we used a lot. Short distance to restaurants and cafes in the beautiful old town. Bente responded quickly and was very helpful and accommodating. We can definitely recommend the place and will be happy to return😊.
